The only time I eat Domino’s Pizza and it’s decent pizza especially the one in Clarendon hills I have it delivered but it’s $7 now for delivery I’m not paying $7 to have a $9 pizza delivered so I guess I’ll never be eating Domino’s again

I ordered a delivery order from here today. I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni and jalepeno. I received the first order wrong called them and asked for a replacement with the pizza made correctly. I waited 45 minutes and my next pizza came but made WRONG AGAIN in the exact same way. Finally I called again and said I would just pick up the pizza myself so it’s quicker and ensures quality but they didn’t do anything to rectify this. I waited over 2 hours for a simple pizza and had to then go out of my way to pick it up after paying a fee for delivery and tip AND wasn’t even offered a partial refund or coupon. Absolutely horrible customer service and quality control. Hope you get the location under control

Honestly, I order from here often and it’s typically pretty good. As such, I kind of want to give it a 3. But alas, when it’s bad: it’s BAD (and that’s maybe 20% of the time). With this store specifically, the quality is entirely dependant on who THE ONE PERSON IN-STORE is at the time you place your order. It’s pretty laughable that their order tracker has a segment for “quality check” sometimes when you see some of the stuff they knowingly crank out.
I had the absolute WORST experience this afternoon in the form of 2 flat cheesy breads (see picture) and 2 meatless chicken/bacon sandwiches. I might as well have flushed that money down the toilet. Dissapointment all-around.
Again, maybe they’re understaffed and, honestly, I’m truly not expecting a culinary masterpiece here. I’ll accept even a SMIDGEN of clear and obvious effort. But THIS? … this ain’t it, chief.

I been ordering from this location many times over the years and I always tip the driver well. My last 2 orders have been a disaster, I ordered a large and got a medium pizza and the driver was 20 minutes late. I noticed when I redeem a coupon or use the 50% off promotion they always pretty much mess up my order. Why do you keep doing it??? Why does your store allow using loyalty points but you intentionally mess up my order? I’m never ordering from this location again.

I have been ordering from this Domino’s since the day it opened in the 80’s. The final time I placed an order, it arrived incorrectly prepared and when I called to complain, I was told, and I quote, “If you wast your food prepared the way you want, you should order from Papa John’s.” Local ownership will never respond, and Domino’s corporate does not care. What a shame to lose repeat, loyal customers. The employee gave his name to me as “Dave”, which I assume was a lie, and the manager “Christine” called *me* a liar.
