One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Domino’s. They messed up my order — one pizza was made and the other was forgotten, so I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for them to remake it.
When I asked about the delay, the manager got hostile, raised his voice, and told me to leave and that he wouldn’t serve me anymore. He even said that because he was the manager, he couldn’t be wrong. Completely unprofessional.
The pizza itself was bad too — dry, overcooked, and nothing like what you expect. I came in to eat, not to be argued with after waiting for their mistake.
Won’t be coming back. The Papa John’s nearby was a much better experience.

I ordered 4 items using coupon and when I placed order with apple pay amount was with coupon applied and payment processed but when my husband picked it up amount on receipt was different . Manager was very rude when I called to check on glitch. Apart from this pizza quality was worse than before. It used to be my go to place but seeing the quality and behavior I am not sure whether I will order from this place anymore .

I ordered 2 pizzas and they took over a hour to get here . We literally had to send my brother to go get corn in a cup to wait for the food. Not only that but when we got it. They left the food at the door. They did not call or ring the bell. The pizza got so cold and it was hard like a rock.

Thanks for the burnt pizza you guys are amazing how you mess up a cheese pizza I even waited for the pizza how you guys managed to do this is beyond me! I told them the app said the pizza was ready they said they were behind… behind on the pizza being left in too long?? Behind on burning it more thanks dominos!

I ordered two medium two topping pizzas. There was barely any cheese and toppings on both of them. Called to tell them what we have experienced first time they just hung up on me second time I called, the manager named Crystal picked up, I explained everything to her she said thats not possible I’m posting pictures to show what we have received. You can look at pictures. I’m definitely not ordering from this location anymore. I’d rather order from Papa Johns or Giordanos you get good bang for your buck. Very bad customer service and food at this location. For God’s sake stop cutting corners on your main items! This wasn’t the first time We experienced this, its always the same feels like I’m just eating baked bread!

Terrible experience they delivered the wrong pizza, Asked me to come to the store to get it corrected and they were unapologetic. Terrible. Terrible store. The manager doesn’t care about customer experience, had to wait 20+ minutes in the store to get my pizza.

Minus 100 stars. We used to order from here but not since last August. Not only the guy in the store dropped my Pizz box upside down before handing it to me, he and his manager were angrily telling me to “Take or leave it” when I asked to cancel the order he did something on the computer and told me it is canceled. Refund will be issued in 2 to 3 days. I didn’t believe him but I left and canceled my PayPal payment. Which for a day or two showed refunded. Then the store must have re charged or disputed my claim so PayPal paid them back. So now I am complaining even after a year as I feel this is truly bad. They have aggressive guys working there. Very intimidating. Will never go there again. I wish there were minus 100 stars to give them. They simply cheated me when they dropped the food on the ground.

My order was showing complete in the tracker and after I checked in I was waiting in the designated curbside pickup with hazard lights on for over 15 min but no one came to deliver my order. I could have gone inside to pick up my order after 5 min of instead of just waiting for curbside delivery, but this was not happening for the first time today. Every time employees will just change the status and wait till the customer gives up and picks it up in the store. Today I wanted to try how long it takes for employees to recognize that a customer is waiting curbside. But my patience broke after 15 min and I called the store just to know that it was an accident, which I know has happened multiple times and no one cares about it. And in the end, I received a lukewarm pizza and it did not taste good..hence 1 star.

Pizza was dry and bubbled. Employee from the line had bracelets hanging strings over the food that were touching the food and all other surfaces, very unsanitary. Additionally as tge pizzas were coming out of the oven with bubbles the pizza cuter and boxer didnt care and still put them out. I complained to dominos the manager called me 2 days later offer me coupons wich was nice but during the conversation he kept repeating to contact him and only him for issues and not dominos and it seemed like he was reprimanding me like a child.
