Domino’s has become my go-to when I’m looking for an easy, no-fuss dinner. There’s something comforting about knowing exactly what you’re going to get — hot, cheesy pizza delivered fast and reliably.

I usually order through the app, which is super easy to use. I love the pizza tracker — it sounds silly, but there’s something oddly exciting about watching the updates as my order moves from prep to out for delivery.

My personal favorite is their hand-tossed pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. The crust is soft but has just enough crisp, and their garlic seasoning on the crust is a nice touch. I also really like their cheesy bread — probably a little too much. The lava cakes are always a hit in my house for dessert.

I appreciate that Domino’s runs a lot of deals — it feels like I rarely pay full price because there’s always some coupon or offer available.

Is it the best pizza I’ve ever had? No. But when I want something quick, affordable, and satisfying, Domino’s never disappoints. It’s my go-to for movie nights, busy weekdays, or just when I’m craving classic, comforting pizza delivered straight to my door.

Usually, I have no issues when I order from Domino’s. However, today my order needed to be corrected because I ordered a bread bowl with the items I ordered, but I didn’t receive a bread bowl but regular Chicken Alfredo pasta. So I called the restaurant and Lily was very polite and apologized for the misunderstanding. She sent out the delivery driver again, as soon as she could, to bring me an Alfredo pasta bread bowl. Not only was it prepared well with extra pasta and chicken, but she also provided coupons and awesome messages with my order (see attached picture).

I appreciate her service, and it really means a lot that she was sincere about correcting my order

I have ordered couple of times from 444 Eola Rd, Aurora IL outlet and was always happy.

Last time order was not at all satisfactory. It took more than 1 hour for my order to be ready. That was a small order with 2 pizzas and minimal toppings.

I ordered 11pm in the night, order status did show 32-35 mins ..however it took more than 1 hr for order to be ready. I went for pickup after 30 mins but kept on waiting for long.

Always a good store did not turn up well that day,

I ordered pizza and couple more stuff last night . I always ordered never had issue but the ordered I place last night was very bad in taste and after eating most of us having stomach ache and feel vomit. I ordered many time never had any issue in past . But this time it’s really bad experience we had 🙁

I was in this strip for almost an hour, this wasn’t a quick stop between deliveries. I couldn’t just walk by this and not say anything. I figure that next time I come through, I’ll give the local PD a call and let them collect some revenue. The lot was completely empty. Yes, other disabled spots were available, but that’s rather beside the point. I’m not even sure how a Domino’s can stay in business in the Chicago suburbs; hopefully this helps draw some attention.

I am blown away by the exceptional service we received from Joshua Pearson at the Domino’s Pizza location on Frontenac in Aurora! Not only did he go above and beyond to resolve our order despite a technical issue with their computer system, but he did so with a smile and a friendly demeanor. The pizza and bread he made for us were absolutely delicious, and we will definitely go back to order from him again for that reason alone, but it was his outstanding customer service and people skills that truly impressed us. Joshua is a shining example of what excellent customer service looks like. Did I mention he was the only person working when we came in? Thank you, Joshua! You deserve a raise!

When you get the food you ordered it’s fine. The last time I ordered, they forgot my wings. I called and let them know, and they said they were going to put free wings on my account and put a pizza on there as well for the inconvenience.

Cool. I get it, things happen. Thanks for making it right. They said if it doesn’t show up on your profile, to call and we will get it put on for you. It’s not on my account. So I called. I was on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. I called back. I was on hold for 23 minutes.

I wanted to pay for a delivery, but the manager said they would have to charge me twice for delivery because I wanted to purchase more than the items that were free, and they had to make two separate orders. I feel like I’m doing more work for their mistake.

This Domino’s saved the day after there was an error with the app and I was charged twice. I needed the pizzas by a certain time for an event, which is why I like the app for the pizza tracker. But the app malfunctioned and not only charged me twice, but never sent a confirmation to my email or gave me an order number. There was also no way to tell where the order would have gone aside from saying what my “preferred store” was. So I call that location and they don’t have it and start calling all of the local Domino’s. None claim to have the order and I’m getting really worried about the time. When I called this location, I explained everything and that I really need these pizzas but don’t want to get charged again. Even though they weren’t our preferred store, Joe the Assistant Manager, was extremely nice and helpful and took my order without charging me again. He also threw in two bottles of soda for all the trouble and explained the charges are pending so the duplicate should fix itself (which it looks like it did when I checked my bank app again). They tried to deliver it as soon as possible and luckily it worked out well but all because of this location’s great customer service! Thank you so much!
