Usually I Dont Leave Positive Reviews for Franchise Fast Food But Was Suprised by the Quality and Arrangment Of this Pizza. Tasted Perfect And Presented Perfect Couldnt Be Happier. I Got the Extravagganza and Made an Online Pickup Order. Highly Recommended! Also I Did Not See Their Google Reviews Prior to Ordering Because its Fast Food After All but 3.5 Stars Anywhere is Average . This Order Felt Above Average 5/5

Delivery driver was very polite. The meal I had was Build my own pasta with Alfredo sauce, cheese, chicken and mushrooms. As you can see in the photo the contents didn’t fill the container as it usually does. The cheese was skimpy and there were burnt parts on the bottom. However it did taste as expected.
The pizza had original sauce, pepperoni, and bacon. Again as seen in the picture its over cooked which is unusual for this franchise store.

My first lame experience with this dominos. I’m a frequent here and never have a problem. I love that dominos is consistent and reasonable with their prices. Tonight I tried to attempt my regular order but was having trouble finding the usual coupon I use. I tried to use another one for a large specialty pizza for $13.90. Once I selected my choice, and modified(removing bacon and adding onions and jalapenos) the price of my pizza was nearly $19!!! $5 more to remove a protein and add 2 veggies. I decided to call the store thinking there is no way adding 2 veggies could be worthy of an upcharge for half the value of any large specialty pizza… but sure enough the NPC that answered the phone was able to recite the dominos policy to me, then politely asked if I’d want to pay the additional $6… lol. Needles to say unsatisfied experience. I always go out of my way to leave a tip but when you want to rip people off,

Horrible customer service. My pizza took over an hour, and then when I got in the drive-thru line it took another 45 minutes! Three cars behind me even gave up and left. I finally knocked on the window, and the kid told me my order had been ready the whole time — they just didn’t bother to give it to me. I don’t know if it’s a new crew or what, but they seriously need better management and training. Never ordering from this location again.

Ordered a large pizza with the basics sausage pepperoni mushrooms onions green peppers and extra sauce and a baked Italian Sub 3 cokes 9 sauces.
Pizza was not hot plus was dried out (as was the “baked Italian sub which was a total rip off quite honestly…

Plus your delivery person Christene I believe was her name just some friendly observation DONT SMOKE when you’re delivering peoples food orders
the bag with the cokes and sauces reeked inside of cigarette smoke as did the boxes the food came in
It stunk badly and I won’t be ordering anything else from you.

Anytime I place an order at this location it’s always hot, but the quality of the food and speed of service has declined. The ETA online or in the app said my order will be ready in 13-18 minutes, I waited a full 30 minutes before heading inside, and then the screen said it would be another 20-30 minutes; it ended up being closer to an hour wait for one pizza and two sides. I never had an issue with quality until my order today. My side was great but the pizza was undercooked as the cheese wasn’t melted all the way. This seems to be a high volume location making it easy for them to get behind. The staff seemed to be working hard; most of the time they are friendly. I would have given 4 or 5 stars if the quality wasn’t an issue tonight, regardless of the wait time. Hoping I can edit this post in the future to bump up the stars!

This is the only dominos that I’ve ever had a problem ordering a simple cheese pizza. It’s a constant issue. Where is the cheese?? Who did quality control? I recommend any other locations except Lockport.
