They attempted to charge me twice for an order. Opposed to correcting the mistake the young man with an accent was rude and walked away. The manager just observed the situation until I walked over. Andrea then confirmed my order was placed and she would give me my copy of the receipt and the other would be cancelled. Of course now my pizza was sloppily made (cuz it was my fault for refusing to pay twice for my order). She wouldn’t give me the guys name either. Filled a complaint with corporate. I should have just requested a refund and taken my business elsewhere… If it weren’t for my Son’s birthday request. My points? Nope.
This was a phone in BTW and not online.
Cheese was sparse and bacon as well. This was the first time I’ve had issues. Do I dare return?

Last week I was watching college football and saw a commercial for dominoes. I ordert from the app plenty of time before, but for some reason this time I had the most difficult time navigating the app. I eventually said forgot it, and got some Chick-fil-A and Panara Bread.
Few days ago I was feeling better and ordered some food. It helped that there was a nice deal promotion on the mobile app. I love how when I place an order for pickup, it is always ready by the time I arrive at the restaurant. I don’t do deliveries bc dominos don’t have a big delivery radius, and DoorDash is beyond an incompetent as app. Anyway everything was great.

The owner needs to replace the manager immediately. The amount of sass and attitude because she fails at her job is unbelievable. I placed an order from Whiting indiana, drove all the way to Homewood (35 minute , they still hadn’t even started my order. Then she decided to scold me in front of all the other customers. So I cancelled my order. And demanded an immediate refund If she got time.to scold customers she got time to have pizzas ready. I wont return and advise anyone else to either until she is removed and its announced . Now the whole store is garbage.

Placed a prepaid pickup order and upon getting to the store they hand my brother his order but tell me that my order didn’t come through (even though the in-app order meter went through each stage and says my order is ready to be picked up). When I ask if I’ll get a refund, the lady says yes but was really being deceitful just to get us to leave. I get home and realize that the order still says complete and she lied hard about my refund

They should not be using cell phone & then touching food bare hands without washing them you know much germs is on cellphones, most people be on their phone when they are sitting on the toilet. How you touching your hair, face, clothes & pick at ur nose & then touching the pizzas etc. How. I will be definitely contacting Health Department & Homewood Inspection department. They should be using gloves & wash hands frequently

This was the 1st time I have been in Domino’s in over 10 years. I placed my order, but didn’t realize the special on the pizza, so instead of over charging me the cashier actually told me about the same size special as he rang the special up. The only problem I had was the lobby was very cold. I almost went to sit in my vehicle.

I get it, you don’t make 6 figures bringing people cheap pizza but the lack of attention to detail with this particular dominos is off the chart. Food is always undercooked, and they constantly forget things on my door dash orders. Drive the extra few miles to another dominos.
