I order 2 pizzas from here, one hand tossed and one N.Y. style. It took 43 minutes to be delivered (im about 2 miles away) and when I received the pizzas one of the boxes seemed off. After accepting the delivery I opened the box and it had appeared as if the pizza had fallen over. When I called to complain nothing was done, I wasnt offered a replacement, a discount, or even a credit for my next order. I wont be ordering delivery from here no more as they dont care, i tipped more then the delivery fee was, so a little care would’ve been appreciated. The lack of concern when I called to complain, is what lead me to the 2 star review.

Earlier today (1-25-2025) my mother ordered a specific pizza that she wanted square cut. After the pizza came out of the oven, the young lady immediately gave it a “Pie Cut” and apologized for making it incorrectly.
She asked if I wanted the pizza the way it was or for it to be remade. I stated, “this pizza is for someone else that wants it cut a specific way” then she began to remake it.
The pizza was remade and another individual gave the second pizza a “Semi-Pie Cut” and tried to cut it into squares. I told them “I will not accept this quality” due to it being for someone else.
So they young lady became very angry and disrespectful. And I told the gentleman, “please make the pizza and I’ll cut it myself” and that’s what he did.
NEVER ACCEPT BAD QUALITY OR INCORRECTNESS AS A RESPECTFUL PAYING CUSTOMER. People elsewhere have thrown tables, ladders and chairs at people for incorrectness and disrespect.

The owner and staff are great. I ordered an medium sausage, pineapple, cheese with extra sauce and it was great. My husband had sausage, pepperoni, bacon and extra sauce and he loved it too. My first time and it will not be my last.

I ordered 12 wings and 2 pizzas. They only delivered the pizza. I spoke with the manager Anna and she said that she would make a note stating that my next order I would receive my wings for free. Today I placed my order and called for my wings to be added on as I was instructed to do and someone other lady answered and stated that they system doesn’t show anything that my orders were even in the system. I’ll call back n speak to Anna but this lady today handled me as if I was just trying to get free food when truthfully speaking I paid for it already they just never sent it out.highly upset because I’m not a liar yet they failed to take responsibility for their mistake
