Lady answering phones Friday night around midnight 2/27/26 was very rude. Told me she wouldn’t do the $7.99 one topping large carry out special, that I had to order online and that the cost went up to $10. I literally ordered this special a couple days ago and asked her when they stopped offering it. She said 2 days ago lol. So I checked online and turns out she lied to me. Because it’s still a valid special for the same price according to their website. So I called another Dominos and they had no problem giving me the deal. The code for the special is 9220 in case anyone asks for this in the future. Just type it in and the deal is applied. Not that hard. It’s not just that she didn’t honor the deal it was her attitude. I get it, it’s late and I just got off work too but that doesn’t mean you’re entitled to be rude to customers and turn them away. You’re being paid to be there and to take orders. I feel like these are pretty bare minimum expectations…

I have been coming here a few years. Because of the manager during the day I spoke highly of her and to her boss how great she was. I went and ordered a pizza squar cut they messed it up at night. I called again at night and they gave me a new pizza. It was burnt dry and I asked for extra sauce and extra everything. Even though you pay for it they give you like 50 cents worth of ingredients. Barely anything. Barely any sauce it was dry. It was terrible. Not sure what’s going on so I called again Saturday night after my pizza was so bad I Barely eat it. They gave me another pizza free. I went into the pizza place itself to place an order the guy must have been new. I said you may want a manager because they where the ones who gave me the free pizza for all the mistakes. The manager didnt have time. So I quit. I am deleting my account and going with real pizza. Im paying for big pieces any way. I will never buy from you again. I also think its ridiculous for Dominoes you can only put so many toppings on it. The barely put any toppings on as it is. Any other pizza place will put as many toppings as you want with 4x the amount.

Placed a delivery online and accidentally clicked a different meat option and called to see if there was any chance to switch it out and he/she said if I placed it online it’s already in the oven and i nicely said it’s okay and whoever was on the phone just hanged up. Overall rude customer service. Driver was super nice though.

Super disappointed in this place. Used to be good, but the quality is seriously lacking now. Last order had almost no sauce. Tonight not only were all three pizzas super thin, they barely had sauce either. Very dry. I’ve had better quality cheap frozen pizza.
Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the staff are usually pretty nice.

So its official NO CASH tips!!! unless u want your food 15mins late. Oh and they will make up walk up to their car why they fill out a receipt circling the tip line. 15 mins late and demanding a tip IS WILD. Im NOT a DOG dont try to TRAIN ME!! .I put instructions I would tip on delivery I always tip on the app but this ONE time I didn’t..I also think they PUT something on my pizza as my mouth IS BURNING still the next day!!! feels like I ATE spicy jalapeños but I only had sausage and pepperoni I GOING TO THROUGH OUT THE REST. He pulled out “my” pizza after I gave him a CASH tip it was so awkward I think he gave me a messed up pizza cause he didn’t like the tip..it was 6 bucks cash on a 20 dollar order..I CANT go to THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN because a can’t trust they WON’T tamper with my food. I usually get notifications that my food was delivered n rate it that also didn’t happen I ate 2 slices n thought it tasted spicy but then maybe I was mistaken so an hour later I tried 1 more slice it had something SPICEY didn’t see any crushed pepper though so probably jalapeño juice.i thought about calling them but I fear this WAS NOT ISOLATED event..Tampering with food because you might not get a tip just makes the CUSTOMER NOT want the food at all pick up or delivery

Ordered a pizza, 25 30min eta. Ended up waiting over an hour. When the driver shows up he thoroughly apologizes, notifies me they had some personnel issues and that the manager made a fresh pizza for me and threw in some lava cakes for my trouble. Fantastic customer service top to bottom

Paid for food and drinks. Called store after waiting almost an hour. Drinks were delivered but no food. Called back and the manager had a serious attitude. Worst experience ever. Now I am out my food and have to order from somewhere else. No refund given for the missing food. I will never order anything from dominos again.

I give up… order square cut so it goes around more people and it clearly says it on the receipt. Got pie cut. They can’t read simple instructions. It was also supposed to be garlic crust. Got no garlic. And it was burnt on top of it. Ordered normal bake not well done. See pictures.
Then the pepperoni was supposed to be normal bake and oregano crust. Burnt edges, little burnt cheese and no oregano.

This is a late post. Don’t be fooled! Looks are deceiving from pictures. I think it was just the lighting on my phone where I was sitting at and the light from the table. One of the pizzas was parmesan stuffed crust, pepperoni and mushroom and the other was Parmesan,stuffed crust Pepperoni and spinach! It was so delicious. it was hot and fresh. Pizza was delivered by a young military vet. Thank him for his service. He was sweet and well mannered. He had such an empathetic heart. He said the customer before me was dealing with her children at the door and he was so compassionate to their mom and her children. They give you promos and you can use those and then you get points to redeem for free items. I’ve had two wonderful young drivers from this location so far.
