I ordered the 2-pizza deal and 16 boneless chicken wings. I ordered in-store, but I didn’t check my order before leaving. The food was for my daughter’s birthday dinner. I had to drive ro Chicago, got caught in traffic, had to stop at store before getting to my daughters house. When I started to set up the food, I noticed 12 instead of 16 boneless wings. I called the store and the girl who answered the phone asked me ” oh, so you just now calling? I replied with are you calling me a liar? Then she said that she had to speak with her manager. She then returned to the phone and said that it had been too long since I picked up my order and unfortunately they couldn’t do anything. When I told her how far I had to drive, she hung up the phone on me. Horrible I will be reaching out to corporate. Very rude staff! Although I work 1 block away, I will never patronize this place again. Go to the Lisle store on Ogden.
I need to add that the following morning, my daughter called and spoke to the manager who was very apologetic and promised to refund the entire $40.00 that I’d spent. I only wanted the rest of the tenders that were missing. I’m very grateful for the day and I believe head manager.

Lovely Domino’s location!
A young woman there named Adrianna exhibited stellar leadership and and consistently communicated with us (customers) as we walked in to update us on how long our wait would be which we all appreciated. It was a snowy night and we all were probably starving so an estimate was super helpful.
Seeing her help us, actively help her team manage situations with customers on the phone, and train a fellow employee was impressive. Shout out to her and this location for lovely customer service and delicious food that my partner and I devoured!

How about making sure your card machines work in 2025? Who is carrying cash? And then I can’t have my food because your machine doesn’t work and the employee has no idea what to do, no alternative other than “uhm cash.” Beyond ridiculous. Have a policy or something. How are you guys running a business unable to take payments?
Just one of the myriad of issues I’ve had with this specific location, and domino’s in general, in the last month or so. Are the employees even trained? Just hapless, zero problem solving capability. Website doesn’t work so I have to come in. Card machine doesn’t work so I guess I’ll just eat elsewhere.
Thankfully there are competent alternatives in the surrounding area.

Domino’s Pizza used to be one of my families and I favorite pizza place, but now it’s one of the worst. Horrible customer service, horrible food that tastes fake and disgusting, the chicken is inedible and rubbery and there’s horrible lazy workers with one disgusting worker who is short 5’4, white male with dark hair who was coughing all over my daughter’s food as he was preparing it, then one time when I ordered delivery the driver Thomas insisted that I tipped him and when I wouldn’t he got angry and kicked my daughter’s food which I ordered to have left at my door. And another time texted me saying “Thanks for not tipping” like it’s mandatory and not optional. The customer service over the phone is also very rude, also met with attitude, they even accuse you of being dishonest when there’s an issue. Health and safety at this store doesn’t seem to be it’s number one top priority or concern either, since they don’t wear gloves, aprons or hairnets, I have had the worst experience here at this store and will never be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Every time we have ordered from this one as it’s local to us, the pizza is always dry and they never add extra cheese as requested. It looks like they took these out of a back room where they store ones that were never picked up just to sell them back to people.

Domino’s in Wheaton (Roosevelt Rd. and Carlton Ave) have the greatest pizza and sandwiches of any of their other restaurants, and a really friendly staff. You can also use their user friendly app to place orders for pickup or delivery, and make them for any time. Also a great way to accumulate points for a free pizza. for your entire staff.

The chicken was almost like rubber the skin wasn’t even edible the pasta had huge chunks of onion in it not a lot of Alfredo sauce the cheese sticks and pizza was okay I spent 40 bucks definitely wasn’t worth it I’m feel nauseous while writing this review ♀️

Last week I ordered for delivery, using my account that I use every time I place an order, prepaid and tipped on my credit card and as always put leave at the door. The driver called and said he was there and I said he could leave fude

At which point i tried calling the number the driver had called on back, and received no answer. At which time I called the store, the phone was answered by Amy. I explained the situation and was appalled by her unprofessional and rude reaction. She flat out told me I was wrong that it had been delivered, like I was lying. I asked if she could ask the driver what the front looked like of where the items were left. Thinking it might just be a little confusion with GPS, and if it was in the neighborhood I could go grab it. She refused, providing neither a remedy or actual customer service. I told her I was appalled by her attitude and said that after this experience, where I am out not only the meal I was waiting on but my payment, that I can’t imagine ordering from them again. She said that would probably be for the best and hung up. I emailed a complaint to customer service on dominos.com and still have not received any response, 5 days later. Extremely disappointed, that every facet of my experience was met with a customer service level unbecoming to such a large company. I will be choosing a different pizza company for all my future dining needs

Will probably avoid this Dominos going forward. Ordered two pizzas and garlic bread and pizza tracker said it would take 12-15 minutes so I arrived 17 minutes later and they said it would be another 30 minutes. Didn’t offer me anything but a full refund and this location had messed up several orders before.
