I placed an order for a regular pizza and a new york style pizza. I received 2 regular pizzas. I called and all I got was a disgruntle employee. He stated he made it himself so he knows its not wrong and hung up on me. I called back and was placed on hold. My husband called, and he reached someone, while I was still on hold. Apparently he’s making less than state minimum wage.. and its our fault. He also hung up on my husband This place needs better employee.

I haven’t had Domino’s in a while and with their $9.99 deal for as many toppings as you want, I figured I’d give it a try with three different crusts and three different pizzas. The thin crust was my favorite over the hand tossed (my wife had a gluten-free). It’s nice that there were options. I asked for a variety of cheeses,and extra cheese, but, it wasn’t there. A couple other toppings were not as prevalent as the others, For example, the extra pepperoni wasn’t extra as well as there was very little beef, so that’s the one negative. It was tasty however, and the service was excellent as far as bringing it out to my car and wanting to know which order was mine even though the app was not cooperating. I would definitely do it again and at this location specifically. The customer service makes the difference.

I had a credit on a pizza from a previous order and went to redeem it this evening. 2/4/2025. I told the young man please make my pizza with love because whoever made it last time didn’t. Came back to pick it up, went home, opened the box….It was made with love. It was perfect. All the ingredients were on there. He cooked it just how I liked it. The bottom was browned perfectly. It didn’t taste like raw dough. Thank you to the young man that made my pizza. He was a young african american gentleman with locs/ropes. Great customer service. I should have gotten his name. Sorry. Dominoes has good pizza when it’s cooked properly and not rushed.

I called for a delivery I have a history of purchasing at this store. And today I called and Shawn rudely said I cannot order from this store anymore because I was stealing pizzas! This is not true I’m sure you can look up my order history and they have messed up on my orders. I can easily purchase but SHAWN rudely hung up on me 3-4 times when I was trying to get help as to why I cannot order any longer and he kept saying the same thing and didn’t give me a chance to even speak he only said you cannot purchased from this store anymore and kept hanging up on me. I will be making a corporate complain and civil suit because there is no way I can steal pizzas?!! Shawn kept only reacting rudely and didn’t give a chance to speak and hung up 3-4 times, I just had the most terrible experience and now I cannot order from my local dominos because Shawn said iam not allowed to anymore this is rude and untrue about me stealing pizzas. He didn’t even want to give me the store managers name to be able to contact and he said don’t call anymore the last time I called.

Driver called to let me know he was here. I told him I would be right down. He called less than a minute later to let me know he was here. I told him I would be right down. Between the time it took me to take the elevator down he decided to climb 6 floors to only to dump my cold food at the door. Looks oh so very delicious. Lovely.
