( July 24 ) The people working there tonight did their best. I was impressed with how they handled the customers under the circumstances. I feel whoever owns/ manages this establishment dropped the ball. They did not have enough workers there at the time to handle the demand. At one time they only had one employee to make pizza’s answer phones and talk to customers . It took them about an hour to get a pizza out of the oven. There were about 3 different customers with family members all waiting for pizzas and all very disgusted. I feel whoever owns this Domino’s set their employees up to fail…………. Do better

I placed an order yesterday for two pizzas and the pizzas were never delivered. According to the Domino’s app, the pizzas were delivered about four hours after I placed my order. I called the store three times to ask about the status of my order. No one ever answered the phone and I was on hold for an hour the last time I called.

A long history of very slow deliveries (within town, approximately 2-3 miles away). Today I received a delivery of a pan pizza of undercooked mush with balled up, undercooked cheese in the corner of the box. The famous “delivery tracker” hadn’t been updated, so I was unable to leave feedback via their website system. I had to call in to get it marked “delivered”. This store is probably inadequately staffed or managed, but, you can’t say that someone is “quality checking” your order, when they thought it was okay to send this pizza out. This location has been bad for awhile, and now this is the last straw. DISGUSTING and UNACCEPTABLE for a national chain that certainly has protocols for everything to avoid this type of experience.

Called for delivery. Ordered chicken carbonara pasta and classic buffalo chicken. Food is okay. Pasta only had a little bit of chicken. Buffalo chicken is a mess and unappetizing. I stay in a hotel. The delivery guy told me to meet in the lobby because they have a policy that they do not go to hotel rooms. Fine then I went to the lobby and waited for him. He never told me he will drop the food at the front desk so I waited 10 minutes for him. I also requested an itemized receipt specifically but still ended up not getting it. I called back the store and put on hold for more than 10 minutes. I decided to hang up since no one picked up the phone.

I usually don’t have a problem at this location, but everything about my experience yesterday was wrong. The tracker on the app said my order was ready. I went in to get it and they said it wasn’t ready and had just came out. After waiting and what looked like the workers trying to figure out the orders, I finally received mine. I wish I would’ve checked it before I left, but I was tired from work and just wanted to get home. When I did get home I discovered both pizzas were pie cut instead of square like I requested. Also, they weren’t well done like I requested. For both pizzas I only wanted jalapeños on half, one had jalapeños on the entire pizza. The other pizza they piled a bunch of jalapeños on on some slices and then a few barely had any. For almost $45 I expected a better experience.

Undercooked pizza when ordered “well done”. Literally dough left in the center of our pizza. Deliveries are always an hour at minimum and they WILL bring you the wrong order. Ordered a sandwich and pasta to which they brought me pasta and some tater tots an hour later. Called and asked for the sandwich to be redelivered, which they did with no issue. Waited another HOUR for them to bring me another pasta and not the sandwich!!!

Ordered a handmade pan. Was supposed to be well done, was not and it looked terrible. Cheese was all over the place. Went in to get it replaced and it improved slightly. Dominos will always be my favorite but I’m not sure about going back to this one.
