I advise against ordering from this place unless you don’t mind harassment. The staff were very rude and mocked me by changing the name on my order to a dirty Spanish slang term, which I noticed at the top of my receipt. I find this highly inappropriate. If this is their idea of fun, I don’t care, but it’s very unprofessional.

I order pizza from this place 4/5 times a month and everytime there’s a young guy, with major attitude problems.Today we ordered 3 pizza’s and 1 of them came burned, I called and he picked up the phone with attitude. I addressed my problem to him, he said I get $6 credit and hangs up on me, no sorry, no manners. He claims he’s the manager. Clearly he hasn’t been trained properly . I’m sure you’ll read this big guy. If you don’t like your job so much, go find another one.

I’ve been staying in a hotel for 4 days. I ordered from Pizza Hut, they have small portions and very expensive, the delivery was delivered to the wrong address. I was looking for it. Then I ordered from Chipotle, they didn’t deceive me, they brought a small portion, without additives. The service doesn’t respond, and they sent me away. Today I ordered from Dominos, they brought me hot, real, tasty, inexpensive pleasure. Thanks to them.

Quality is inconsistent. Pizza is often dry–barely any sauce. I usually order extra sauce. This is the second time in a row that I’ve gotten a dry pizza with little sauce even though I ordered extra sauce both times. It’s like a pan pizza cheese bread.
I try to get pizza elsewhere with more consistent preparation when I can, but some people in the house insist on Domino’s.
I tried just taking the survey instead of writing a negative review, but the system requires information from the sticker on the box. Tonight we bought four pizzas and two sides, and out of six boxes zero had stickers

Ordered online for an order to be ready ASAP, and it said it would be 32 to 42 minutes wait. No big deal, I get it, they’re busy, but it’s been 40 minutes, and the worker making the pizzas didn’t appear to be in that big of a hurry. He just told me it would be another 25 minutes.
Hoping to come back and improve the rating in the future, but we’ll see…..

As a dominos pizza, there should NEVER be a “backup” of orders. They have regular training that tentatively push out pizzas within 10 minutes a pop up to 40 pizzas at a time. As I am watching them now I see 3-4 guys talking, not doing anything and like 2-3 actually making orders. This place is not up to the operational standards of getting pizza out in an orderly fashion. It’s dominos, so I know what I’m getting quality wise. I just expect the process to be faster. Take lessons from the New Lenox location. They get 50 orders per 20 minutes and I never wait more than 10. Sad.
