This Domino’s is the best! Robert is a fantastic driver with great attitude and huge smile. In store customer service via the phone was very helpful to address the needs of the customer. I ordered pizza, waited 3 hours. Got my pizza and my order was ALL wrong nothing was correct, asked for Hawaiian and got jalepeno with olives.
Driver took it back left, didn’t care, didn’t apologize.
5 minutes later ANOTHER driver comes, and drops off pizza, didn’t know any other driver came. Hands me the pizza and it’s chicken and olive. Says sorry I’ll drop off the correct one, it’s been 2 hours again and didn’t receive any pizza.
I called and of course no one answered was on hold for 1 hour, even when the driver came he said “goodluck, we’re busy” and then after AN HOUR someone answered and said “we’re not busy so not sure why this happened.”
No reimbursement, no apology, nothing.
HORRIBLE.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Going on 2 1/2 hrs for delivery. Pizza has been sitting in their store for 2 hours now. Been on hold with them over the phone for an hour now. Will not be ordering from Dominos anymore. Lesson learned not to tip drivers ahead of time or pay ahead of time.

Just received our order not to long ago. Obviously dominos is always great. But the younger wine driver arrives at our business, makes our receptionist take out all the food from the bag from her, has an attitude and before she leaves makes sure she ask for her tip which I find to be very disrespectful in the service industry.

Don’t ever order from here, there’s clearly something wrong with their online ordering. I understand that not many locations are open on Saturday night at 1 AM, but they were more than happy to accept my order for 2 large 14″ pizzas at $25$ each, claim that they would be delivered within 27-42 minutes, and then not deliver any food. Order ended up getting canceled by the restaurant at 2:15 AM after thinking we would have something delivered. Don’t waste your time.

Previously, they burned my two pizzas. I came back home and had to throw both of them in the trash.
Today, I ordered two pizzas with extra chicken, and each pizza had maybe 7 pieces of chicken on it!! Literally look sooo empty!

I ordered from Dominos last night, called after an hour because the tracker on the website never updated. Was told they were actively working on my order and that it was in the oven, over two hours later nothing so I call again and they said their system was down and would give me a credit.
I call today to claim the credit, they take my information and put me on hold to “go talk to their GM”, then come back and immediately hang up on me. I call back, they pick up and immediately hang up again before words are even exchanged. Not able to speak to a human for customer service line.
100% will be the last time I ever order from them.

VEGETARIANS, BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR PIZZA. Who knows the might put meat in it? I had this horrible experience where I had ordered the pizza with green pepper and jalapeños but to my shock it was delivered with green pepper and pepperoni and this pizza was served to kids and elders who were strictly vegetarians. I can not believe that how irresponsible this place could be. Manager’s excuse was that they had been busy so this mistake happened. It is careless and completely unacceptable.

Last time I ordered online it doubled the order, also did not receive my delivery for over 1 hr and 10 mins i live less than 2 miles away..this time I’ve been trying to order and it won’t go through. Called the store sat on the phone for 10mins no answer. Called back sat on the phone for 15 mins. No answer. Called papa John’s someone picked up the phone in 1 min…horrible service!!! This place does not care about there customers!!

Don’t ever order here. Iv given this place so many chances. Im currently on hold waiting for my food. It said food would be ready in an hour. No problem. Its now been over 2 and a half hours. Been on hold for over 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time. Every time I order their time they give will be 45 minutes and show up 1 and a half hour later at the earliest if your lucky and they think its funny
