Found a hair in one of my pizzas, and when i called for a refund the local manager wasnt able too assist and I had to call the franchise office. Manager was also pretty nonchalant about everything, which was a bit frustrating. Been a long time dominos fan but after this I probably won’t be going here or another shop for a while. Would not recommend 1/5 pic is my hair on the left for comparison. Definitely not mine

This will actually be my very first review for a Domino’s venue.. This nearest location to my house in Beach Park has done pretty good for me in the past.
I can only think of one time where an order ended up being over an hour late for delivery because their computer systems went down.
As far as pick-up orders, they’ve been pretty accurate with pick-up timing. This past superbowl I placed an order a couple of nights ahead of time and as busy as they were when my order was to be ready, waited less than 5 minutes after.
The only time I ever order from here is when there’s good deals happening and don’t wanna spend too much from a local venue that has no deals going on at all.
Even though I’ve heard from other people that Domino’s, Little Caesar’s, Pizza Hut and Papa John’s are basically the Mcd’s of mass franchise pizza, when you’ve got a completely empty stomach that this pizza actually tastes pretty darn good.
When there’s no deals going on, loading up a Domino’s pizza with toppings can get real expensive. I don’t mind this taste from time to time but ironically I don’t mind spending more on a high end, superior quality & delicious pizza at a popular local-owned joint.
The customer service has always been decent here and never had a bad experience in this category. I’ve just never been too BIG on this taste and most of the time in the past I’ve ordered from these guys is when one of our kids has a b-day and my wife doesn’t feel like cooking much.

had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The staff displayed unprofessional behavior, and I am particularly concerned about the possibility of food being mishandled and tampered with. The manager was especially rude and dismissive, showing a complete lack of empathy or accountability when addressing a legitimate customer complaint. Rather than resolving the issue, she appeared to find the situation amusing, which is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend a review of her conduct and customer service approach, as this behavior reflects poorly on the business. I will never step foot within this establishment, even if it was the last food option in Lake county, I would rather starve.

I ordered from the Beach Park location and for a Friday night the store was spotless and Vanessa (I think) was on her A game. My order was perfect. Great job!!

It was amazing this time, dang! I ordered a pizza, sandwich, specialty boneless. Everything looks like it does in the commercial (see pictures). Even the dominos guy looked cool with a sweet jacket I would rock. He moved fast like he was working.
This is a great change from before when I was skipped on toppings. Thank you guys for killing it today. I think my driver was Rex or soemthing with three letters.
Btw, I ordered at lunch time on a Monday. It only took like 20 mins.

Never order from this place. I ordered a Diet Coke and they sent a regular coke. My pizza looked like it’s been tampered with. They left it at my order without letting me know. The manager was very rude and refused to refund my money.

I’m usually pretty laid back about these things but this is the 3rd order out of the last 5 that was delivered wrong. It was ordered for the kids as the wife and I were out, only to come home to frustrated kids as one of their pizzas was wrong. The pizza was ordered at 2:30 p.m. for a 5:30 p.m. delivery, and actually came 30 mins early I attempted to call the store and was hung up on.
I called back and explained the issue to the young man answering the phone, and he said he would get the manger as he couldn’t do “anything about it”. He came back on the line a few seconds later and said his manager “Vanessa” was busy and would call back.
I politely advised that I would wait, and he stated he didn’t know how long it would be. Apparently customer service is not a top priority. I asked him what was going to be done to correct the situation and would they send the correct pizza and take the wrong uneaten one. He re-iterated that he couldn’t send the correct pizza with out his managers approval, yet did not indicate when “Vanessa” would call back.
Apparently no one cares anymore, and customer retention doesn’t even matter anymore. Its been 45 mins and no call back has been received yet.

Stopped by the Domino’s near N. Lewis Beach Park, and it was a solid experience. The pizza was great, and I had a small issue with setting up my Domino’s account. A woman working there helped me out and made the process quick and easy. Appreciate the good service! Definitely would come back.
