Worst pizza experience and customer service to this store. I would not recommend to place any order to this store. I ordered two boxes of pizza from this store and while eating I had found long hair in it, not just in one piece but in three pieces of pizza. I have called them and explained the quality concern. They told me that they refund. It’s been a month but I have not either received credit nor refund, I have called them to find why there is no refund or credit, the store keeper after listening me , did not answer and dropped the call. Please beware of such places where they do not maintain basic food quality and do not take care of customers serious concern about it.

I’m a server so I work in the restaurant business and one thing I know for sure is that if the food doesn’t look good I DON’T serve it to my guests. I used to constantly order pizza from here every other week for about half a year but i don’t know if they have new employees because these past two times I’ve gotten delivered BURNT pizzas. Usually a little brown or easy crisp doesn’t bother me, I know we’re all human and make mistakes but TWO TIMES BURNT PIZZA? Literally BLACK EDGES, over and under it’s all BURNT. Definitely never going back again. The driver is always nice and I tip him 18% or 20% always, he’s not the one to blame for kitchen mistakes.

Super lazy and unprofessional staff. I had to call 10 times to speak to a person and I feel like I was talking to some illeterate person. They were not ready to listen and when I said I placed order for pizza, I was told go somewhere else as they do not have time and materials to make pizza. How unprofessional!! When I’m in the mood for good pizza, I go to Domino’s pizza! They had my pizza ready in about 10 minutes after I ordered. It wasn’t crowded, good service that had an interest in the customer’s likes. Got a hand tossed pepperoni large pizza for $9! I believe one of the ingredients in Domino’s pizza is garlic, so I have to make sure that after eating this pizza I am going nowhere important. The new hawaiian & meat lover’s pizza is delicious as well.

If i cou give no stars i would. The manager not only over charged my friend for our food he also didn’t give all of the food we ordered. When I went back to ask where the rest of my food was he lied to me saying the the dippers I ordered didn’t come with bread and that that was extra. He was confrontational and threatening in his behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They steal money and rip you off! Unacceptable at best! I will be following thru with the higher ups. This behavior is unacceptable

I called right away to the store
First thing I heard from them don’t worry your order is coming.
When I respond, I already received the order. And what happened
I didn’t hear Evan sorry about what happened?
He told me I don’t ( care what happened )
I will make new order for you
I didn’t need a new order, but I said OK
Even if I said, OK, I didn’t receive any call back any new order they promised
The people who work and manage that store don’t take responsibilities !!!!!

i’m normally not disappointed with this location but sadly today i was. the parm bites i ordered were slightly burnt and hard which altered the flavor. the pizza was a little overdone, but i did get my delivery quickly. could be that it was late so they didn’t want to remake the bites.
