Last night I picked up a free medium pizza that I used 60 points that I earned. I got it in a plain blue box and when the man gave it to me it slid in the box. After I got into my car, I gave the box a gentle shake and the insides slid around. I thought this didn’t sound too good. When I got home, I found the pizza was over cooked to almost being burnt and dried out. This certainly was not the quality you would get when you actually buy a pizza. 60 points wasted on this dried out over cooked pizza. The pizza should have been made with the same quality just like if I were to pay for it. I was disappointed and disgusted. This not the first time a pizza was a little too well done. Nothing like the commercials show……but last night’s pizza was terrible. No reason for it. Now I wonder if I want to bother getting a pizza from Dominoes again. What’s the point of earning points if the product is not appetizing to eat. If I wasn’t so tired from work and hungry I would have driven back to the place and told them to keep it.
Normally the staff is so friendly and helpful. Very good service. Maybe this Sunday the staff member was alone……This was a very unusual happening that my pizza was so bad. 60 points was a lot to lose on this order.

Went inside to pick up my order on a weekday evening. At least 4-5 are working and I understand they might be busy. I stood in front of the counter for several minutes but no one bothered to ask me or even say “I’ll be with you shortly”. I’m not a ghost but I know they saw me. Alas, another worker from outside came to the kitchen and handed my order. I’m Latino-looking and the other white-skinned ahead of me were attended promptly. Discrimination at its best I guess, just saying.

I used to love this Domino’s and would eat there often. The last few times have been very disappointing. My wife bite into a large piece of hard plastic in her pizza. I called the store to let the manager he would look into the ingredients and he just said oh that’s weird thanks for letting us know. He didn’t ask any additional questions and didnt seem to care at all. I offered to send a picture or bring the pizza back but he said oh no it’s ok thanks for telling us and gave me attitude. I have also had issues with the tracker telling me it is time for me to come in and pick up my order and then they tell me it hasent even started cooking please come back in 30 to 45 minutes. They dont offer anything g for your time and the staff has a major attitude. They have gone downhill fast. This used to be my favorite place for a quick bite but the prices go up and the quality goes down.

I took a break from ordering pizza as there was mistakes or delayed orders the last 3 times. Today we had to waive the pizza drive down after driving back and forth multiple times when we were out front. He still didn’t stop for us but asked our neighbor where we were located (literally right next door where it has my number on the mail box and the house itself). Today it was almost 20 mins late sadly and food was cold again. We use to love it here but sadly things have changed and service is majorly downhill.

OK, it is a Dominos, so pizza debates commence now!
But the people who work there make it a local place. They went above and beyond for us, and the manager who took our call also did the delivery. I messed up the online order and called them, and she fixed it with no questions then delivered it.
Anyway, these are local peeps who are doing a heckuva good job, and we genuinely recommend them.

Usually this place has great pizza, but this time the pizza was so bad it will be the last time I order from this location. Both pizzas we probably some of the worse I’ve had in awhile. 1 pizza was swimming in hot sauce like someone dropped a bottle on top of it. The other tasted and looked horrible glad one of these pizzas was free as we order often from Domianos a lot.

I visited from out of town to get a pizza for my son. I’m not a big fan of Domino’s, but my son enjoyed the pizza. Very friendly team in the store. Pizza was pulled out of the oven right when I entered the store, so you can’t get much better service than that. If you like Domino’s, then I would encourage a visit.
