I was welcomed with a friendly smile and greetings. I have been here at this location a couple of times now. We always order veggie pizzas with a carry out option. The pizza tasted good and was prepared according to our request. I wish it was hot and not slightly warm. They provide a delicious veggie pizza at a good price. There is a small dine in place inside the restaurant.
Edit: The recent purchase of Melty 3 cheese loaded tots were not up to the expectations. No one ate them.

We ordered dipping knots tonight. I was informed they don’t do knots they do dipping bites. We ordered the dot, pasta and two sodas. When we looked at our delivery we discovered no dipping sauce, and warm sodas. When I called about the missing sauce I was informed they would send me sauce for $6.49. They told me they don’t include sauce with the bites. I was not informed when I placed the order of the change. The person on the phone never asked if I want dipping sauce for the bites. To add insult to injury the bites are dry and raw in the middle. The person I spoke to was hard to understand, I had to reask questions more than once because they mumble rather than speak clearly. I have never had such horrible service as I had today. I truly understand why this store is no longer busy. The economy is not strong enough to charge these prices for poor service.

Ordered a half and half pizza with multiple toppings through Uber eats. I get a plain cheese pizza delivered to me…I called the store and they said “thats what the screen says” who the hell orders a half and half plain cheese. Employee told me to contact uber eats even though I said I would drive to them to show my receipt and get a new pizza. Dude on the phone wasn’t trying to do anything extra. Not happy at all.

I completed a CarSide order through the Dominos app and called the store about 10 minutes after placing itto see if they could make the order as the earliest time through the app was an hour out. The guy that answered the phone was not friendly. After a few minutes of speaking with him he was able to find my order and understand my concerns, he told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store after receiving an email that my order was ready and had to go inside to get my order. This was a slight inconvenience for me as I had a two year old with me and had initially placed the order as a carside order. Not carry out! I walked in the store and the same gentlemen that answered the phone helped me, he was training another employee and I could hear him searching & searching for my order. He asked the guy “didn’t we just do her order?” “Im confused” & even was cursing. I waited inside the store for about 15 minutes while they were making my order. After waiting awhile the same guy stated they were out of bbq sauce and I’d be getting plain wings with some bbq sauce on the side. When the order was ready he placed it down on the counter, told me it was ready and walked away. I brought the plain wings and pizza home & the pizza was literally sticking to the box, i had to peel it up. The wings were plain. Honestly not the service I expected from this location as we order here quite often. I will order elsewhere in the future!

The last order was a pile of… completely slid pizza. The dough was split down the center and raw. It wasn’t the driver because the other pizza was fine. The slices completely fell apart when you pick them up. Great job kitchen!

Disappointed. Went to pick up my order. When I went to pay, they wouldn’t accept my $50 cash. When ordering online no where does it say they don’t accept $50 bills. They recommend me to go to the gas station. If I’m driving away I’m not coming back. I would’ve understand if I was paying for something that was $8-$10 but my order was $35 dollars. Disappointed as the food was ready. I really enjoyed how the manager didn’t come out to speak to me. I’m not going to get upset with a teenager. But domino’s if you want us to order online. Put cash policy online. I guess I’ll stick to location pizza shops

This Domino place does not live up to standard. When I order the pizza, wait time was 10 to 15 minutes. I arrive after 25 minutes and still they did not even make it. When I asked what happened, the lady very rudely said that it is BUSY! That is about it. This lady should not be in customer service business and should not be allowed to talk to customers rudely.
I am writing this review while waiting in store so it can be understood how long the wait was Since I placed the order it is more than 30 minutes.

Horrible experience the girl with light brown hair with glasses and no personality and a dead tone i called the store because they made my pizza wrong at the store was rude and told me we’ll her receipt said other wise and all they could do is remake my pizza and I would have to pick up now during my one 30min break when on there end they messed up I got back there on my lunch break she then told me she could not remake my pizza and told me I can do a refund so now i have no lunch and (wasted my gas cause she didnt even need me there to do refund) but mind you she called her g.m. and they said no but never decided to tell me till I got there. I loved this placed i chose to drive father then where I live just to come here rather than antioch. I know I won’t be coming here anymore after this is what I experience and delt with.

When I checked the order tracker, it showed “Order Received” and then immediately marked as “Completed.” When I arrived at the store, I didn’t see my name on the screen—something I always pay attention to, since I usually watch my order being prepared.
When I got home and opened the box, the pizza was cold, and there was some greenish liquid spilled underneath it. It honestly seemed like it might have been leftover or prepared for someone else. I immediately called the store to report the issue. Since this was a reward order, it felt like I was given an old, cold pizza instead of the fresh one I had ordered.
I’ve lived in the area since 2007 and have been a loyal customer since the store opened. This experience was extremely frustrating, and it felt like the store was trying to pass off old pizza rather than fulfill my order properly.
