This place is a a food service nightmare! I got pizza and have worked in lots of restaurants. It is REVOLTING that they would allow a piece of cardboard to fall into the food. Not only that but to have that one staff member who was packing up the food not wearing a hat? That DIRECTLY goes against food safety standards. You will not get my business again and I will continue to spread awareness of this issue.

My beef is less with this particular Domino’s and more with their business practices and technology in general. We ordered a pizza through the app on what we knew would be a busy night. The tracker shows the pizzas being prepared and then in the oven, so we think everything is good. And then we wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and give up and air fry chicken and French fries for the kids, and wait, and wait, and then our friends leave, and we wait some more, and then 3 hours after the originally-estimated delivery time, the pizza shows up. I should note that there is no way to cancel the order once placed as that is not a feature of the app and nobody answers the phone. So now we have pizza for 7 delivered after most people have gone home and are in bed. Just deny the order if you’re too busy, or provide a somewhat accurate delivery estimate so that I can make a decision to order from you or somewhere else. Because congrats, you got this order from me at the expense of ever ordering from Domino’s again. Once again, I don’t fault the workers, I’m certain they were put into an impossible situation by their corporate policies, but I can’t leave a review for Domino’s corporate, so here I am.

We placed an order for two large pizzas and an order of breadsticks at 4:15 p.m. When the food hadn’t arrived by 5:30 p.m., we called and were assured by a staff member that it was “in the oven.” Another hour passed with no delivery, so we called again and received the same response. This pattern repeated over the next two hours — each time we called, we were told our order was “in the oven.”

After four hours, I requested to speak with a manager. I was told it might be a minute or two before someone could take my call, and the phone was set down on the counter. After fifteen minutes of listening to background noise with no response, we decided to drive to Domino’s to resolve the issue in person.

When I arrived, the phone line was still open — my call had been ignored the entire time. I politely asked to speak to a manager, and the employee at the counter asked three different people, all of whom refused. When he finally located our order, he discovered that it had never even been started.

This level of disorganization and disregard for customers is simply inexcusable. Mistakes happen, but the repeated dishonesty and lack of accountability displayed here are unacceptable, and the lackadaisical attitude of the managers was inexcusable.

Used the mobile app and accidentally had the pickup location set on another location, asked the guy in the store whether I could go ahead and get a refund but he insisted that I make another order at this location and wait 20+ minutes. I was short on time and made it clear that I no longer wanted a pizza and had just wanted to get my money back for the mistake I made but he didnt budge. Spent $20 and got no pizza.

didnt even give me the pizza its been 3 hours, app told me it would come in 40min-1hr hasnt even been MADE… the dog is so sad LOOK AT HIM

EDIT:
we tried calling 3 times and we been put on hold for over 15 minutes and they hung up all times. the dog is even MORE SAD and everyone is starving.

This Dominos is seriously just always on point. The crust of my pizza is actually seasoned, it’s actually cooked, the wings and tots are always crispy….and they never take very long. Place is literally never a mess when I go in, I always see someone working or cleaning or on an order.

I placed an order for delivery after an hour and a half I call to get an estimated time of delivery and they said 45 min more. The lady who answered genuinely sounded unapologetic and hung up on me. I had to call back and ask for a manager. I explained to the manager the attitude of the person answering the phone. We order from here regularly and have an excellent service with everyone specially the drivers. The manager offered to instead of canceling the order have it deliver, but still have a reimbursement. We have young children and having to wait 45 more minutes it was going to be at 8 pm and not work for us. It was a shame, we really liked the convenience of Domino’s, but will have to switch to a different pizza place because I don’t ever want to have to deal with the person who answered the phone and hung up on me ever!

My pizza took a long time. When I received a call from the driver (JACK) that he was here, he was very angry and annoyed because he wasn’t sure where he was. When I said I was going to head towards him and meet him up he didn’t like it and started yelling more. When I finally spotted the white dominos car, he was already driving off and said he wasn’t going to wait and didn’t want to give our pizza. He was being aggressive. The driver lied to the restaurant and said we were going to fight him.TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE DRIVER AND THE STORE. When we called the restaurant the manager Omar defended the driver. We were told that another delivery driver was on their way, with our pizza. But it took 1 hour to get here, and it seemed to be the exact same pizza as before because it was cold.

Jack is annoyed at his job, and takes it off on customers. The restaurant does not value their customer’s safety.

I should’ve recorded since the beginning. Please stay safe and avoid ordering delivery if the name “JACK” appears. His manager “Omar” is well aware of him being an aggressive person and resulting to violence and was unwilling to do anything about it. Some friends and I ordered pizza and the driver got super aggressive to the point where it looked like he wanted to fight. Omar did nothing about the situation. A follow up report will be filed. He drives a white car and is African American. Stay safe.
