This is the pizza that was delivered to me on 08Aug22 at around 6:30 pm. I called and they offered me a free pizza. I order it today and the said that I had to pay for delivery. Then employee Leo hangs up on me and tells me that I can’t speak to his manager for ten minutes. Absolutely poor customer service. I don’t even trust to order from this place again. Who knows what they would do to my order. CDPH needs to assess this location. If I was a manager I would be embarrassed to have employees like this working for me. If was the owner I would most definitely look into this.

Absolutely disgusting… Cheese taste sour and pizza was completely undercooked. Two people working and a very odd empty location. Neither workers seemed to care whatsoever I was there and the pizza wasn’t ready 15 minutes after pickup time. Completely understaffed. I would never in a million years order again. Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten and I’ve had bad pizza many times. Not sure where the stars are coming from but read the other reviews. Maybe paid ratings??

The service has always been fast and friendly. I recently posted an online order for pickup and when I got home realized that it was not what I thought I had ordered. I called back and indicated that I had gotten the wrong pizza. They offered to remake my pizza for free and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After re-checking my order, I saw that the toppings I had ordered indeed had been omitted and it was my mistake in not confirming. Really appreciate the great service during your busy dinner hour as well as the tasty pizza, thank you all!

I ordered a pizza at 8:00pm expecting to be out of work by then, but much to my dismay I had to stay an extra hour, expecting a cold pizza and wings I was prepared for the worst. However when I arrived not only was my pizza hot, it was fresh. Two amazing employees Chase and Jeff remade my whole order for me and we’re some of the best people I’ve ever met at a Dominos, they were nice, fun, and professional. Together they made my experience the best it could possibly be. Thank you Chase and Jeff for making my miserable night not so bad after all. 10/10 best Dominos I ever had
