I ordered this fully expecting a nostalgic reunion—medium pizzas, legendary garlic crust, and that bold sauce. Unfortunately, the nostalgia did not RSVP at the Grayslake location.
Credit where it’s due: the website experience was smooth, and the real-time driver tracker was impressive. A strong opening.
However, the pizzas arrived swimming in oil, the crust lacked structure, and both the sauce and cheese tasted… suspicious. Two slices in, I had to call it. The dessert was the lone bright spot.
The flavors suggested ingredients that may have overstayed their welcome. The driver was great, but quality control missed the mark here.
I would not recommend the pizza at this location. For now, the MLK Road Waukegan spot still holds the crown.

forget to sauce my wings. coworker said he did called me a liar and told me if i wanted to hat i actually paid for to bring back the wings and they would replace them!! there’s customer service for you.. i live two towns away i ordered here because it was slightly out of my way on the commute home from work. i wouldn’t call back to lie about something i called back because my son was expecting sauce in his wings guys.. jennifer was the manager in charge and performed very poorly.. get rid of her!! going to be shopping elsewhere in the future

There is a hispanic dude with glasses that often works alone and let me tell you. If you order when he’s working then your food is gonna be 10/10 no doubt. But if there is 14 people in the kitchen on a Thursday for some reason. The foods gonna be like mine…burnt . My hand tossed pizzas were about as thick as the thin crust pizzas and extra crispy as well as my bread bites. They were a dark brown with a deep crunch so I know for a fact my boy wasn’t back there cooking them. Give that guy a raise and promotion and get rid of the dead weight . (They also didn’t cut my pizza all the way so it ripped like this lmao)

I ordered 2 large pizzas for carry out. When I went to pick up, the team had given my pizzas to another customer. The choice given to me was to take a refund and leave with no food for dinner for my family, or wait for new pizzas to be made. I chose to wait, obviously. When my new pizzas were done, I was told “at least your pizzas are fresh”…..not even an apology for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Things may back up if they are short staffed, but that has rarely happened in my experience. I’m a fan of Dominos pizza, so I’m happy with this place. If you are looking for specialty, gourmet pizza, you’ll be less happy.

This is the pizza that was delivered to me on 08Aug22 at around 6:30 pm. I called and they offered me a free pizza. I order it today and the said that I had to pay for delivery. Then employee Leo hangs up on me and tells me that I can’t speak to his manager for ten minutes. Absolutely poor customer service. I don’t even trust to order from this place again. Who knows what they would do to my order. CDPH needs to assess this location. If I was a manager I would be embarrassed to have employees like this working for me. If was the owner I would most definitely look into this.
Today is 13Aug22 and they still haven’t reach out out. Leo said to me that a manager was going to call me. Still hasn’t an im without pizza. Don’t buy from this store. We are just a number.

I ordered an Uber about 2 or 3 hours ago and I called the store 3 times but they ended the call and didn’t even pick up each time. I am still currently waiting for my pizza!
Edit: After over 3 hours it said delivered! Meanwhile my second hour in I was calling them waiting for over 30 MINUTES on HOLD while calling with 2 different phones! Don’t go here it’s unprofessional and a waste of time! DONT EXPECT A VISIT FROM ME EVER! I waiting from 8 to 1130 just for it to say delivered OUTRAGEOUS!

Waited 3 hours, said delivered, but nothing arrived. On hold about 45 mins only for them to hang up. Arrival time kept changing. Purposely stayed up way past time to go to sleep BECAUSE it said on the way. Unacceptable way to handle a situation. Close or advise understaffed and unable to take any more orders, but DON’T handle like this.

Holliday blitz or is that teumpt. all online orders canceled and all phone orders wrong. Tried ro help the manager watching him struggle for what hours. While waiting for a cheese pizza. Explained that the food standing for over w hours should be thrown out and he should focus on the 8 customers in the restaurant. I can trach you i you can learn..
