My husband called back and the girl working tonight 1/14/26 said that the delivery driver would bring the correct dressing in 10 minutes. My husband waited for 20.
Called the store back and she said the driver was really busy. So my husband decided to drive there because he paid the ridiculous delivery fee and the delivery driver was at the store and handed him the dressing.

We placed an order for a kids birthday party for delivery at 215pm. The store called me and confirmed the address. Said they would deliver in 15 minutes. At 220, I called again and they said they are on the way and will be there in 5. With 10 hungry kids, they just didn’t arrive. We called two more times “still 5 min away”, then they just didn’t pick up the phone and intimately just didn’t show up. What a disgrace. Don’t actively lie about where you are. Such bad business.

Excellent pizza and great service. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Food is fantastic. There’s no attitude, unlike the one on Golf rd in Mount Prospect. I was able to order directly from the menu online without hesitation,which is the opposite experience I had with the location on Golf Rd. Definitely the best Domino’s I’ve had in over 15 years.

Food never arrived for a kids birthday party. They used every excuse. Wrong address, blame the driver, blame the staff. Blame everyone except themselves. No apologies. Then they put you on hold and not answer the phone. Then they said the location. doesn’t exists. Then they said it’s not in Arlington heights. Kids birthday party ruined. Large order and no food. Hungry kids.

Asked for delivery to be left at door. Driver knocked and demanded tip. Tried to explain we tipped online and didnt want to tip twice. He flipped off my teenage daughter and left. When I called the store to complain, the manager had a hard time understanding what I was saying. The driver apologized but then blamed me for giving wrong hotel address, which was NOT true. I have never had such rude customer service

We found a hair baked into our cheesy bread. When we called they only offered to remake the bread for us and when we requested a refund they gave us an attitude and told us we would have to call back tomorrow. They asked us what color the hair was and when we told them they said “we don’t have anyone who works here with that hair color and we all wear our hair up”. If you order from here you should check your food because there might be hair in it.

Seriously.. It’s Domino’s. It’s not gourmet, but for the price… It’s pretty good. In 2025 you can get a whole pizza for as little as $7. We’ve ordered from this location plenty of times. Yes I’ve had toppings missed here and there… It happens though. No, you can’t call inside to the best of my knowledge… Domino’s wants you to order online only. If you have a problem, you probably report it online.
Every time I’ve gone in there though, the employees have always been pleasant and polite. I’ve never encountered anyone rude and the pizzas are always what we are expecting. I think this is a solid location.
