If I do get Domino’s again, it will NOT be at this location. Worst customer service. They’ve forgotten items I ordered on multiple occasions with no refund (when I was promised one) or solution offered. You can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone and when you do, the level of comprehension is so low, a child could probably do it better. Save yourself trouble and order/pick up from a different store.

Yes I know it is busy on a Friday night but when you give someone a time when it is ready you should expect it to fall within the time. (See attached pictures on review). I worked for Dominos about 12 years ago and this location is not organized by any means. There was a girl up front that didn’t look a day over 10 years old that all she did was put tags on boxes. Not acknowledge anyone up front or answer phones literally tag the boxes was it. A lady walked in about 5 minutes after me that ordered her pizza and walked out the same time I did. Luckily I checked my order because they forgot to add the 3 additional sauces that was requested on the order. Showed my order was 13 – 23 minutes it took nearly 40 minutes. ( see attached photos). IF I ever order dominos again it will be a different location since this location is so unorganized.

They do a good job with delivery and making the food. I am usually satisfied with the order. So why the 2-stars when? This location has decided to disable almost every one of the coupon options, even the national ones. This is a 4 star location, however without the coupons, the food is hardly worth its price.
