For the last 6-7 times I put NO garlic crust, and they add it. To the point where I have to make it a point to call after I place my order to verify that they DO NOT add garlic on the crust. Because then I have to wait double the amount of time for them to remake it, so it’s always been an inconvenience.
Once I waited for them to remake it without the garlic crust, then they put pepperoni instead of pineapple and had to wait for it to be remade a third time
Now lately the pizzas aren’t being cut correctly.
This isn’t fancy food. People usually get it after a long day where they don’t want to deal with dinner or too tired too cook. When it’s correctly done I do enjoy the taste of the food. Just read the ticket twice to make sure the order is correct, that’s all.
Save the headache for the customer, the employee needing to remake product and the company losing product.

This has got to be the craziest pizza I’ve seen. The receipt was literally laying on top of the pizza, lol. It arrived quickly though, so that was dope.

When I called and asked if I could pick up my order instead of having it delivered because quality check was taking about an hour, the guy on the phone instantly gave me all this attitude when I asked for a refund for the delivery tip if I came and picked it up. He just didn’t want to give me a refund on delivery fee, because he said “it took him time to do so.” When I got there he was just silent on the computer for about 5 minutes then said “I refunded you” which I appreciate, but no need to give me an attitude when I asked a simple question. Maybe quit your job if it makes you that unhappy

Customer service was terrible ordered extra pineapple. There’s two pieces of pineapple on my pizza. The portion in the pasta dish was like halfway full. I called and I was pretty nice and was like come on man like and he was like yeah sorry that sucks, Anything else I can help you with?

Ordered a pan pizza and brought it back, because it’s was a hand tossed and the crust was huge! Lady tried arguing even after I showed her the pizza saying it’s how it’s supposed to be. When I asked for it remade she said it’s just going to be made the same way. If you don’t know how to make it get someone that does! I’ve ordered from this location for over a year and only ever order pan pizza from dominos. I know what it is supposed to look like! I got the remake and it’s still not correct! Not only is the crust huge, but the pizza was still doughy! I’ll be calling in the morning to get a refund, because I don’t think the night crew would be of any help! Please train your people better!!

We ordered pizza for Halloween. I was amazed at how busy it was for a Thursday night. They had a full crew working and they were trying to move as fast as they could but you only have so much oven space. They workers were very pleasant even though they were working feverishly to fill orders. What was more impressive was how they handled the people waiting. Even though customers were getting impatient the staff was very respectful. I was blow away with kindness when someone came in to order and they were totally honest about the wait time instead of just taking the order. The customers should remember to be patient and look at the order board.

Never received my order I went to the store to go pick it up because I waited over an hour for it to get delivered it was not on my step, then I finally make my way to the store for the employee to rudely tell me that the order has been delivered and there’s nothing for him to do such incompetence. Domino’s is usually our go-to, and were excited to find one 2 minutes from our new house after moving to Antioch. However, this location totally missed the mark last night. Our Alfredo pizza was ice cold and watery in the center, and the stuffed crust Supreme felt half-baked—literally lol. Barely any toppings (I counted six pieces of sausage total). Everything was cold, limp, and unappetizing. The crew was nice and the place looked clean, so props there. Hopefully it was just one off night, because we want to keep this place in the rotation.

When we placed our Order and we did not receive what we asked for. My wife is Highly allergic to onions, and her pizza had onions on it, and we called this Dominos, and informed them of the issue because we don’t want anyone going to the hospital. The Dominos employ informed us there is no guarantee cross contamination. My wife, and I got very upset because she had to take an allergy pill fast. My wife order was for Sausage, and mushrooms, but she got Sausage and Onion. The order was made wrong, and that’s not the same as Cross contamination. We also informed Dominos you can get sued for getting an order wrong if there is proof of the request, and the result ended in injury. So me, and my wife will be filing for this, but I don’t want this issue to happen to other people, and that is why I am sending this report to you. Safety for food regardless where it comes from comes first before anything.
