This was by far the most ridiculous instance I’ve experienced ordering a pizza. I placed my order at 10:41 am, ordered a special deal, my total was $18, and then I was informed that in order to do a delivery, I had to have a minimum order of $20. So I ordered 2 dipping sauces to put my total at $20.98. Pretty spendy sauces. I was feeling nauseated because I had taken antibiotics on an empty stomach, so I was hoping that delivery would be fast. At 12:20 pm, I still had not received my order Nearly 2 hours had gone by. So I called the same number back and spoke with a lady who said she didn’t have my order, because she had only received 1 order today. Apparently she foes on to excuse this situation by telling me that they sometimes use a service for help when they get busy. But if she had only taken 1 order, then they obviously weren’t busy, so why would a service have taken my order. I told her I was very upset and she tells me she would be happy to take my order now. Is she for real? Who, in their right mind, would even consider ordering from a place that lost the first order, and then makes up an excuse that doesn’t even make sense, to justify it. The least she could have done is not lie, and offer some type of discount or even free pizza. I told her that I was upset, and would like to speak to the manager. She tells me that she is the manager. We’ll now it all makes sense doesn’t it?

Just made a order 45 minutes ago waited on pizza it never came I called back and girl wanted to act like I never made the order. And then she said since it was so late we have to pay with card when we done said we only have cash. It was all intentional I’ll never go there again. Happened on 08/10/23 at 11:45pm .

Customized a pizza for the extra cost because kids are picky, they delivered a meat lovers nobody in the house would touch instead (mostly the sausage makes my kid sick and if I’m honest me gassy).

I called and tried to order the women was rude and said the payment didn’t go through and to try again later. I said okay I’ll order online and then I waited for an 1hr and a half and they said it was out for delivery but it was never delivered and eventually just had to cancel the order. Our pizza’s were outstanding tonight !!! We ordered on the app , got a veggie and a pepperoni. The delivery got here in less than 20 minutes. Delivery driver was polite and professional. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time . I called to let them know but had to write a review. In this day and age it’s so refreshing. Great job Dominos!!!

Horrible. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes and they still hadn’t even started my order. I called an you could tell she had no idea the order even existed and said it should be around another 45 minutes or so. Stay away from this dump and order from another pizza place in town.

i called today 2/14/2023 to see if this dominos could make me a heart shaped pizza and deliver it to my boyfriend at work, the lady who answered and made my order was AWESOME, she seemed a little weary about it but she really did fantastic! wrote a message and made the box all cute for me, i went back and gabe her a rose and cupcake because she truly is amazing.

NEGATIVE- I ordered a Medium Pan, DOUBLE CHEESE, DOUBLE BACON, and DOUBLE CHICKEN. I paid EXTRA for the DOUBLES. My pizza was absolutely terrible based on the upgrades and extra payment. 3 of 8 slices had NO CHEESE!!! haha… What the? There is about 5 spots of concentrated bacon and 7 pieces of chicken. REALLY? I paid extra! What would I have received for regular price? 2 spots and 4 pieces???
