This location has become our go to pizza place for delivery. Food has been fantastic, price per value is amazing with all the deals they offer. Incredibly easy to order online, sometimes the delivery is late but driver has always been very nice and professional. Last few times Deven has been our delivery driver, has been awesome. Appreciate the good food and service.

Ordered about 4 pizzas on a walk in delivery. Kind staff, and order took about 15 minutes which was kinda speedy 🙂 however all of our pizzas had these gigantic bubbles in it where no toppings were. All our pizzas had about a third of them that had bubbled over like the picture attached. With pizzas typically costing over 20$ per, it would be nice to have some more evenly spread toppings and not have a 3rd of each pizza being that burnt crusty mess.ill also add that I scored atmosphere low because while I was sitting and waiting I noticed a TON of dead flies and nats in the front window sill . Like it hasn’t been cleaned in…ever? This was the first time going to this location, the other(NW) Missoula location has not yet disappointed me.

Ordered two pizzas and garlic bites for delivery, we are only a minute down the road. Received exactly what we ordered, we had ordered with changes to the standard pizza listed on menu. Took a little over an hour to get the delivery, however google maps showed this location to be busier than usual. Delivery person was great and food was hot.

A driver forgot half our food, told us he was busy and wrote a note on our receipt and told us to call in before we ordered again and it would be replaced.. I called back, the GM yelled at me and refused to listen. I told him not to yell at me for what HIS employee instructed me to do. It was just bread bites and a soda, but I’m the one who paid to get bit.

NEGATIVE- I ordered a Medium Pan, DOUBLE CHEESE, DOUBLE BACON, and DOUBLE CHICKEN. I paid EXTRA for the DOUBLES. My pizza was absolutely terrible based on the upgrades and extra payment. 3 of 8 slices had NO CHEESE!!! haha… What the? There is about 5 spots of concentrated bacon and 7 pieces of chicken. REALLY? I paid extra! What would I have received for regular price? 2 spots and 4 pieces???
POSITIVE- I also ordered a Medium Thin Crust, DOUBLE PEP, Sausage, Cheese, and forgot to add Jalapeno so called and Josh “took care of it”. He said It would be a $1.00 extra but I informed him I would tip decently.
I gave a $5.00 tip on a “supposed” $15.00 order (+delivery). I think that is 33%???? And I received a garbage pizza. Almost not worth eating… I will email corporate… Thank you Josh, and the girl that prepared my pie that starts with “A” needs to be retrained. And your supposed “quality check”, needs to be quality checked. I will not order again from this location.
NOTE: Phone call to location describing issue was resolved with free pizza for next time, but I will need to use same location… we will see. It was blamed on training new employees that do not know what they are doing quite yet.

I have given Domino’s chance after chance. I ordered the from there weekly. I got the point where, if at all possible, I pick up my orders now. So I don’t have to wait an hour and a half to get my food. I placed a $30 dollar order tonigh only to show up and them tell me they have to remake it. No explanation, I said why whoa, we gave it away to the wrong person. Let’s not try to make the customer happy but tell me that I have to wait another 10 to 20 minutes ridiculous. I canceled my order and walked out. I’m not sure how hard it is to ask a customer for their last name. Wait I have called and complained about my phone number being on somebody else’s account several times and they refused to fix it. So II guess I can understand how they can’t get this right either.
