I have always enjoyed Dominos pizza for a quick bite on a budget. This location has always been severely understaffed. Almost everytime I order from this dominos something goes wrong. It is a coin toss whether the food is perfect or made incorrectly or the delivery time is ridiculously long due to them being understaffed(such as over an hour). If they cant pay their driver’s enough for them to want to be employed there, then they shouldn’t have a company owned delivery system. It’s not fair to the customer or the employee to have to deal with a poor corporately managed and understaffed business. I’ve never had this recurring issue with any other dominos in town. Just this one. Just trying to raise awareness to this issue that yall need to pay your driver’s more so people actually want to work there. Not everyone tips and if they do, they dont always tip well either. Please treat your employees better so your business runs better.

This is how our order showed up. Disgusting. The grease was so greasy, it was coming out of the corners of the box. The lava cakes literally showed up like that I thought this was a joke!

Put an order in on the app. The timer went out on the prep time in the app after 50 mins. Called and they said they misplaced my order…….not even sure what that means or how its possible. They had another order made and after 2 hours I got my pizza. However the 5 sauce cups I paid for did not arrive. These are the sort of problems I stopped going to pizza hut for.

Service is absolutely terrible. Whomever the manager is tonight 8/15/25 at 5:30 pm is rude, childish, and needs to be retrained. Refused to give my husband our food that we already paid for, claiming we needed to exit the app. We don’t have the app! He had to sit with his hazards on for ten minutes then wait in store another half a hour. When I finally called I asked her name she just repeated my name back to me giggling with whatever guy was in the background. Almost 45 minutes later we got our cold, soggy food. Service is always bad at this location but this was over the line. Only when I threatened to call the cops for not giving us the food WE PAID FOR did they all of a sudden have the ability to give it over. This whole team needs to be retrained and that girl needs to be fired. From the other one star reviews I’d say I’m not alone in this opinion.

We ordered our dinner card charged !!! Waited 2 hours pizza never showed up. Now im placing another order waiting. hoping it shows up second time they have done this now. They claim i never maid the order I took screen shots this time. Feels like there just canceling my order started to piss me odd I have a child when I order food I expect it to show up. Especially if my cards charged do better dominos

Called in a order today. Had it delivered to our motel where we are at. The lady on the phone was absolutely awesome and very nice. The delivery Lady was great & nice . The pizzas were very tasty and the stuffed cheese bites were amazing. It was a very enjoyable food. . Thank you Domino’s on Shiloh.

Called 40 minutes before they closed and asked for two pizzas to be picked up at closing and the girl working was nothing but friendly saying that we can pick them up at close as they will allow them to be picked up 10 minutes after they closed. We Arrived right at closing and they had all the lights off and when I called and knocked they just ignored me and tried to hide. Not sure if they didn’t make the pizzas but extremely disappointed as we were driving through billing’s late at night and nothing else is open.

I’ve ordered 4 times now and everytime they are missing toppings that I paid for. Almost no sauce on the wings, everything was cold and soggy especially the wings. Pizza was missing jalapeños, excessive crust. Was a huge let down.

They discontinued the only reason I ordered from Domino’s, was the cheesy marinara. I used to order it weekly. Though I would check to see if they have come to their senses, and returned it to the menu, but ☹️ no luck. I literally ordered it 38 times in 2025, my weekly treat is gone. Nothing to look forward to on payday dinner order.
