I ordered from Domino’s last night and was extremely disappointed. I dont mind the taste of Garlic HOWEVER!!!! When that is ALL you taste or smell it is extremely overbearing. I ordered the parmesan breathless and all i could taste was garlic. Same with the pizza. Had green olives on it but tasted nothing but garlic. Could not taste the green olives at all.
I will not be ordering from Domino’s ever again. Its been over a year since I last ordered from them.

I wish I could give them 000000000 stars. This is my second horrible interaction with them . I hate that they are the closest to my home. They will give you the wrong order or incomplete order and they will say that it is your responsibility to check your receipt to make sure that what they gave you is correct. No sympathy or accountability whatsoever. The manager is horrible at problem solving and will not address the issue at hand. I had the manager yelling at me over the phone . Tonight, when I called to report my incomplete order, the team member told me they were “too busy to address my concern”. Then while I was asking for alternative solutions, he hanged up on me. He would not give me his name. They are horrible and I pity the owner of that business. I don’t think this is the reputation he or she wants for their business. The employees and the manager are a huge joke. Stay away if you can avoid them

The delivery driver also left my order on the ground even though I specifically said to call and hand me the pizza, Didn’t return my call and ultimately couldn’t take the tip I had ready for them because of this.

I ordered a pizza and pasta for delivery, and when I stepped back into my apartment I opened the pasta and realized they sent the wrong pasta AND the pasta was very burnt around the edges. I called back right away, but was kept on hold for over 30 minutes before they hung up the phone. By that time, the store was closed for the evening. Very disappointed in the customer service. 🙁

This domino’s location is trash. Every time I order for this location, pizza is either burnt, or lacking cheese. I avoid this dominos for almost a year. And decide to give them another shot. And the consistency of bad pizza is still a thing… get it together 32nd AVE.

We live within a mile of this location and love the Dominos flavor. The past two times we have gone, they have provided us with the wrong pizza with no sympathy when we have to wait around for them to make a new one. By this time our second pizza is cold. They brushed off their mistake and just blamed it on their expediting system. This location is unorganized and care less about customer service. We have now been driving to the next closest location to satisfy our Dominos craving. The location on University is far more cleanly, organized and friendly. We will not return the this location on 32nd.

The delivery time was fine, but the quality of the pizza was horrendous. I have ordered from Dominos at least a hundred times in my life and never have I seen pizza delivered like this. The pizzas were not even the correct size. The thin crust pizza was totally burnt and horribly cut. The sausage pizza didn’t even have the toppings on all of the slices. I can’t even tell you how disappointed I was with this pizza. When I called the store, they wouldn’t own up to their mistakes. Will not be ordering from this store again!

4 months ago i ordered 2 lg pizzas. They were 2 of the worst pizzas ive ever had. The crust was like damp cardboard, there was no sauce on them the ingredients while present were miniscule delivery tookover an hour. Last night i took a chance and ordered from them again…. well it was same shit different day the pizza arrived late, cold the top of the box was pressed against the pizza and again skimpy ingredients. A 3 dollar frozen bargain pizza is much nicer and tastier. In short Dominos is TERRIBLE.
