Waited 2 1/2 hours for my singular pizza. Props to Jacob for being a good driver however the rate of service is kinda insane. I understand rushes as a food service worker myself, however 2 1/2 hours is an absurd amount of time to make someone wait for one pizza. Worst part of it? I live down the street so they aren’t even going far, before you think oh why didn’t you just drive there? I’m sorry I wanted something to eat while my child slept. Either way, I shouldn’t have to justify ordering a pizza. You’d think with modern times and technologies they would be faster at delivering than say 10 years ago but nope! Even slower.

If I could give whoever the manager is a zero working the night of August 22nd.. I 100% would.. ordered a pizza online. Went into the store. They screwed up my order. The guy cooking it is dropping pans all over the floor. I’m standing there and they’re talking about me like I’m not even there. Nobody had the balls to tell me that the pizza was screwed up and they would have to try and fix it. So their version of fixing it was to just let my pizza sit there and they were going to cook some toppings and just throw them on there.. I said if that’s what you’re going to do then just give me a refund and she literally said nothing and said I refunded your whole order without even saying. Sorry about that or anything. Pathetic horrible customer service. I hope whoever runs this store gets this

Worked a Saturday morning then ran errands, then outta town for obligations. Came back to North Fargo and decided to try the North Fargo’s Domino’s Pizza…I usually go to South University Domino’s and had very few problems with them…So I expected the same quality with N.Fargo Domino’s and I was hungry. So I went with a previous order online of Parmesan Bread Twists with a 5 Cheese Blend for dipping. They said 12 minutes to finish and they did that, hence the extra star. Unfortunately when I got home in South Fargo, I got no Parmesan on the bread twists and about half the dipping cheese sauce. This is unacceptable! Check out the 2 photos for visual aids.

Always very, very great service. Great products, portions, and punctuality. Just order your food and go get it. They’ll have it ready for you in about 10 to 15 minutes. Even if they’re super busy and backed up and understaffed, just add five minutes to what I just said. There are some great people who work there. Listen this is Dominos, good or bad, you know the quality that you are going to get. That being said, shout out to Angie, 5 out of 5 customer service. If she came to me wanting a job I would hire her on the spot. I say this because… When I ordered it, the website stated something like 40 minutes. Since I thought it was going to be around 40 minutes, I ran a few quick errands. On my way home (at 30 minutes), I was contacted that it had arrived. I was not quite back yet, so went to the on-site location (which is a few blocks from my house). When I arrived, fortunately she was at the counter. She was polite and understanding, she even tried to take the delivery charge off, but my coupon was for delivery only. That being said Angie alone deserves 5 stars, if corporate sees this give her a raise(North Fargo, off 19th Ave location). After all that I can say this, if you understand what Dominos is, you are rarely impressed but you are rarely unimpressed, with coupons you always get you moneys worth.

I love dominoes and they are always really fast every time I order. But I always order buffalo chicken and 3 out of every 4 times it is missing the buffalo sauce. Just letting ya know. Check it if you pick up.
