I love dominoes pizza. It’s my go to every time o want pizza.

However I have tried on multiple occasions, 6 that I can count, to order both carry out and deliver from the website and the website hasn’t worked. I called the store to place my order and they wouldn’t honor the online code even after I explained the situation.

They either need to fix the website issue that they have had for almost a year or have better in store customer service.

Always one problem or another from this location. It’s a 50/50 whether it’s going to be done right and last time they forgot an entire pizza. You have to call to get delivery; it’s not available on the app or website.

While the road infront of the building under construction, the only place to park to get here was the side of the building (which is fine, that’s unavoidable) but when I went in to pick my pizza up, I parked on the side right by the sign saying “Dominos parking”. When I pulled up, one of their delivery drivers pulled up behind me, got out and scolded me saying I can’t park there. I told her I was here for dominos and parked in the dominos parking lot. She replied rudely saying only employees can park there and that I had to move my vehicle so I did. I went in and asked to speak with a manager because either they need to change their sign to say employee parking only or they need to talk to the driver about how they treat their customers. Thats when they said that the person who yelled at me was the manager!! I couldn’t believe they would have someone that rude in charge of a store. I was then assured they would give my number to the district manager and that I would receive a call from them but I never did! It’s obvious that the management does not care about customer service and doesn’t understand the confusion a “dominos parking” sign is when it’s apparently only for the employees.

Food is good. But sometimes they weren’t checking the orders. We ordered Hawaiian Honolulu and they gave us spinach with tomato. Then one time I specifically choose to have a square cut but when we received the order it’s pie cut.

Dominos is sometimes quick, but don’t order their pan pizzas. Never, never cooked fully. Even when you ask for well done. They used to be good. I ordered my food to be cooked, last time I checked dominos wasn’t a take and bake joint.
