Worst place to order, especially East 10th St. in SD. The general manager is so rude. She wouldn’t listen to my concerns regarding the cold food and the preparation and appearance of the pasta. Pasta was dry and no sauce!!! Advise to try a different location. Talk about being so unprofessionable!!

Ordered at 11:30am. Daughter picked up carry out order around noon. Brought it home at 12:30pm. Order was made wrong. I called, spoke with Aaron (acting manager) who admitted that he was the one who made it wrong. Then told me he would personally remake it & have it delivered. Pizza never showed. It’s 3:20pm & I called him back to ask why he would lie. (I waited by the front door for 2 hours…no car to drive back at this point). He was extremely unprofessional & rude and made multiple excuses as to “why” he didn’t make my pizza & have it delivered as promised. Then said he had 5 pizzas to make, was the only one there & didn’t have time for this…THEN HUNG UP ON ME. AM I BEING PUNKED? I am actually blown away at the new level of gum-on-the-bottom-of-your-shoe nasty customer service that was displayed here.
Obviously, I will never return…I’m never giving another dollar to Dominos corporation anywhere…ever. They have lost my business for good. I firmly believe that in time, this location will close altogether. You can’t treat customers like this for long & expect them to keep returning.

avoid this location at all costs. the worst customer service that i’ve ever experienced. confirmed our order, charged us nearly $40, and never delivered the pizza. then have the audacity to tell us it’s not their fault and they ‘can’t issue a refund’ and offered us a free pizza. i’d be embarrassed to be the owner of this franchise.

Probably the best Domino’s experience I’ve had in recent memory. Got our stuff QUICK and with no issues along the way. Great pizza as always. Overall it’s what you’d want from a pizza place without going over the top.

We had a carry out order and I ended up waiting another 45 minutes for my order to be completed. Something had happened with the pizzas in the oven that caused a massive delay — these things happen so we just rolled with it. We felt bad, everyone seemed stress and they were just trying to catch up. The woman working at the front cashier station took everything in stride and was super friendly and upbeat, even though there were quite a few upset customers. Another one of the drivers/expos was also extremely friendly and both apologized repeatedly for our delayed order. They made our wait a lot more enjoyable and this is what keeps the rating from being a 1 star.
We were told our order was being remade in the last 15 or so minutes of our wait, but when we got the food home it was already pretty cold and not fresh at all. So I am not sure that it actually was freshly brought to us — I don’t think they lied, it was just super chaotic in there and probably hard to keep track of everything. It was just disappointing to wait for so long to have stale, semi-cold pizza. However, I’d say the biggest disappointment was the failure to provide any sort of compensation for the large delay/customer service. A coupon, gift card, or comp the meal or add on a free something. Something to make me feel like a valued customer and that they care to have us back again.

Never received our pizza. Charged full price plus delivery fee and tip. Tried calling the store daily for a week. When we finally got an answer were offered store credit for a fraction of what we were charged. Pick any other location than this one, or just go to Pizza Hut.

I ordered two pizzas to be delivered to my school for a pizza party. I had the address 100% correct as I double checked. The driver had trouble finding it, not sure how as when I put the address into my maps app it takes me right here. That’s not the issue. The issue is that I am a teacher and this driver text me twice and called me 16 TIMES because he couldn’t find the address. I didn’t answer because as a teacher I don’t use my phone with students present. I did end up getting the pizzas on time so he clearly found it. I even double checked the address on my order after I noticed all the missed calls and it was right. I think 16 calls is a bit excessive.

I ordered a delivery. Had MY ADDRESS ON THERE!!!!!!! I was outside when the driver had said they were gonna be there. Nobody pulled up. Nobody knocked. They HUNG UP ON US 6 times!!!
