The food is 9/10 times cooked perfectly. When it’s not, it is still amazing. This store has been the most consistently good pizza place I’ve ever had. And I lived in Lincoln NE for 22 years.

As one of only three pizza places in town, Domino’s should really try harder to put their best foot forward. Their delivery times are way too slow for a town this size, and their drivers don’t pay attention to the delivery instructions. I personally have added things to every order to check if they bother to read the instructions, and they only get it right about 50% of the time. That’s some poor service, even from Domino’s. I’m a transplant to Vermillion, so I know for a fact Domino’s does better elsewhere. Maybe they got lazy since Pizza Hut is no longer here to take cheap pizza orders from them.

I order here a lot. But the last two times I have ordered the Chicken Taco pizza, it has been made incorrectly. I always order with no green peppers, and the last two times, that also means no tomatoes. I don’t know why they don’t put the tomatoes on there if you order no green peppers, but it’s really annoying. I double checked to make sure that I only hit peppers, and I only hit peppers. The girl who gave me my food too in the store was also very snarky and rude, don’t know what was up with that. Pretty disappointed with this order tonight.

I used their contactless delivery this time and when the food was delivered, they waited by the door for a minute before taking the food back. I’ve used this option before and was surprised that they continued to wait by the door despite having just left the building in the past. When I left a bad review, the manager called and argued with me about their policy and claimed that’s how contactless delivery has always worked. I know for a fact that drivers in the past have not waited outside my door, they have left the building before I get my food. Poor customer service and manager was beyond rude and argumentative.
