I have never had an issue with a delivery driver, always great. The quality of the pizzas are a problem. My family loves Domino’s and order it a few times a month for the kids. Half the time we order from the DL location the order is wrong. It’s like no one is there doing quality control and the cooks are poorly trained that’s all I can figure. You ask for light sauce and it’s a mess of sauce. You ask for Well Done and it comes with half melted UNDER cooked cheese. It’s frustrating to not be able to trust what you ordered is going to come correctly half the time.

Ordered two 2-topping pizzas. They sent me two pizzas with no ingredients on them. Online service only offers a free pizza or 20% in exchange. No refund. The phone number to the store doesn’t work, either. Just eat somewhere else.

This location has great quality pizza, not burnt or raw. They could cut it a little better though they ripped apart well. The manager is really good,very laid back. Good other workers. One time a worker let a swear words slip and then I could tell his filter kicked in that I had my two elementary aged kids with me. Seems like a great team. I also really appreciate the “dine in” option with three deli type tables in the lobby!! Very good for quick visits with the kids instead of doing typical fast food on-the-go. Love the domino’s $7.99 deal for a large one topping! Nothing like 50% off for something you actually want!

Online order placed at 6:10. Arrived at the drive-thru at 6:30 and no one acknowledged that we were there. Finally had to go inside and at 6:50 they were putting our order in the oven. Not faulting the works they are probably under paid and under staffed, it’s just disappointing.

Order was placed about 11:15. At 11:19 the “tracker” said our order was being prepared and estimated time done was 11:37-11:47. We arrived at 11:50 and were told our order was just being put into the oven and it would be another 15-20 minutes. Had we known that we would have canceled our order. Horrible customer service and communication.

Hands down the worst pizza I have EVER had! I ordered a 14 in Brooklyn style and got a 12 in hand tossed. Apparently something spilled in the box and they just threw the pizza in anyway. The crust was so soggy we could not eat it. I threw it in the trash. The Ramon noodles had better quality…. NEVER AGIAN. You can see how the pieces fell apart from being wet.

My wife ordered wings and cheese bread 45 minutes after the order said delivered I was on my way to the store to find out what happened I found the food sitting outside and a note saying not to be cheap and tip the driver the funny thing is I had ten in cash for the driver

After 30 minutes I went in to cancel the order and they said it had been done a while ago, still does not show finished in the app, and since I didn’t pay to get old pizza that sat there for “a while” I cancelled my order and will go elsewhere.
