Ordered a pizza with instructions to leave order at the side door. Instead delivery driver put my order on the front step which isn’t a big deal but found my pizza box open on the steps with the receipt on the ground no where near my order.

Horrible customer service. For one the cashier was very rude and hung up on my mom. The manager threatened to cancel our order due to the fact that we were getting irritated because we’ve waited for about 45 to 50 minutes. Just overall horrible experience. Warning to those about to order from there, just don’t.

Ordered delivery tonight as I was stuck at work. Got a medium pan pizza and lava crunch cakes with icing. My food was so freaking good.

This particular location always gets it right. In these covid times, we’ve lowered our expectations regarding staff, food quality and getting what we ordered without mistakes. Most of these issues are a direct result of dealing with a pandemic, it’s tough on businesses, especially with narrow profit margins in the food service industry. However, this particular location has shown zero effects in any of these areas. Our food is always correct, down to the smallest details. The quality is fantastic, no complaints. The staff are amazing, always very nice. This has become one of our top go to pizza places, mainly because we can count on them.

I order from Waseca Domino’s pretty frequently, at least in the last few months.. I will say that until recently I was never very impressed… but I want to comment tonight because who ever made my order did a phenomenal job! Best I’ve had in a REALLY long time. If this person is new keep em… of not I’ll offer them a job! I too work in the food industry.. and I absolutely want the staff that worked tonight to be appreciated! Thank you for a great meal!

Generally fairly good food and no complaints but I ordered around 8pm tonight and my bread bowl was still doughy, they gave me no utensils, and my lava cakes had no powdered sugar on them. Very disappointed in the quality of my food this time. Then had to drive back yet again to get my food. Very inconvenient for me. The supposed to be new and improved one did not have the right dough and tasted nothing like it should. Dough was more cooked but also still not fully cooked. I can’t even finish my food and I’m not going back again. HUGE waste of my money.
