Did a delivery order and Mr Steve sat outside my house on his phone and driver off with my food when I was standing outside looking at him.

Ordered online – went into waiting area where there were two children throwing a ball around the 2 year old was running behind the counter and back in the kitchen to retrieve the ball the older one was suppose to be watching him and he also ran into the work area even had to go under the prep table in the work area . . I paid for my order but my pizza never left prep on the tracker. I finally asked about my order the counter person went to get someone else who asked if I hadn’t already received my order . She remade my order when it came up I had to go to the counter and ask for it as the counter person was visiting with another employee in the back . This order took over an hour people who placed there order at the counter after I came in received their pizza before me .

it was the worst pizza I ever had. Extremely chincy on toppings and cheese. Ordered hand tossed and it was very thin. I am not from that area but I talked to some local people who told me if you order specials they are always cheap on toppings and cheese. I go to Fairmont regularly and I will never order from there again. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

My grandpa ordered dominos here and he got a pizza that was so hot he couldn’t even eat it yet, he was surprised and grateful that it was hot instead of cold, and he also got me some marble cookie brownie things, and they were the best and softest cookies/brownies I’ve ever had in my entire life, if you haven’t tried them you need to asap

First pizza was dry ….. no sauce which was suppose to be extra sauce. …. sausage was hard. Called store explained they sent a second one. Just as bad. Called again. Offer to remake or credit. Chose remake. Mgr Called us back, they had just gotten a bunch of orders so it would be awhile. THAT is awesome customer service. We chose credit. Hopefully when we reorder the pizza will be good
