Ordered an extravaganZZa delivered to our home and it was a mess called the store explained the problem they said they would remake the pizza and it would be delivered in about 25-30 min 45 minutes later I called to check on it and the person I talked to forgot to remake it.

There was a mistake but the manager was a very nice young lady to rectified everything for me. I will be coming back more because she was so nice and awesome. Adding onto this because the employees are throwing toppings at each other and aren’t using gloves to make the pizza…very disappointed since the last time I was here.

I’ve been sitting on this for a couple days now thinking if I should report it. Saturday I ordered pizza and sides for my family to be delivered. Our delivery driver was thin and blonde, once she arrived to the door all I could smell was marijuana. Our boxes also smelled of it, like she had smoked in her car. It was disgusting. I confronted her about it and she started using foul language towards me. This was hard for me because we are returning customers weekly, after this we may have to get our family night meal from somewhere else. Please do a better job at training your delivery drivers to have better customer service. Or hire drivers with better morals. I am very disappointed

We were having a family get-together at a local hotel and ordered pizzas and pop for a large group. The pizzas were done in quick order and when we forgot our pop the staff were very helpful and responsive! The establishment was clean and lively. I would recommend ordering a wonderful meal. They even had a electric powered delivery bike.

They delivered a pizza with no topping (bread and sauce), didn’t call or try to fix it because it was ordered online. The manager was also very rude and offensive.

I’m pretty disappointed this evening with dominos customer service .
My son went in wanting to pickup our order . He waited in line like the rest & was skipped with zero acknowledgment.
I stepped in already upset because prior deciding on stepping in the store .
I called the store twice to let them know that my son was there to pick up an order . Both calls were dropped .
After I stepped in addressing the situation. One man did apologize.
I arrive home with order and see it was made and done incorrectly. With zero remorse I that Dillan had . His easy fix was “ basically oh you want a credit for next time ? “
Like … where’s the concern to my experience between the calls , my son , the order ?!
Trash ! Do better dominos .
When it comes to leaders make sure you promote those who actually show they care verses assuming it’s a customer just wanting a freebie .
