I had a really negative experience. My pizza and order was absolutely soaked in grease. It was also late. We called and were told the pizza had been picked up be the wrong driver. It was also very cold when we did get it. We reached out to the store for a refund and we’re deined the refund and offered a coupon. We will not be ordering from dominos here in Rochester again. I don’t blame the driver I blame management.

I ordered the Pacific Veggie pizza and added Philly steak on half. The pizza was fresh, hot, and ready fast. It tasted really good, and I was pleasantly surprised that they stay open until 11 pm, which is later than most places around here. The only thing I noticed was that only 3 slices had Philly steak instead of 4, even though I requested it on half the pizza. Still, overall a great option for a late dinner!

Ordered online, medium pepperoni with extra cheese and garlic sauce on the side, and a side of buffalo chicken wings and Parmesan bread bites. Our pizza was not ready on time but was somehow cold and stale, and did not come with the garlic sauce we paid for or the extra cheese. The buffalo wings were just plain chicken wings with no sauce whatsoever, the staff must have forgotten to put it on. The Parmesan bites were good though. Weird experience considering that there were like fifteen employees in the place and no customers.

I’ve been ordering at this dominos for 12 years and called for the 1st time ever about some parm twist I ordered that were absolutely unacceptable (see photos). They were all tiny and burnt maybe all 8 of them combined would’ve been the size of 4 normal ones. I called and explained this and was immediately met by one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to no apologies about the crap quality of the food just extremely defensive and rude. I will be uninstalling the app and be taking my business elsewhere. Strongly suggest you all avoid this place. Pizza hut on highway 52 has much better service.

I placed an order this week, short on time and figured I can eat it when I finally get a chance. Ordered chicken bites and medium pizza with pepperoni and mushroom. Received pepperoni with other meat, maybe beef or sausage. I’m honestly unsure, but definitely NOT mushroom.
I’m allergic to anise, a seasoning often used in sausage. Too risky to try, I was on the other side of town and almost 2 hours later when I opened the box. Total waste of money, I couldn’t risk eating it. Not impressed with their accuracy. Guessing my order and another were mixed up.
The chicken bites were okay. Supposed to dove with ranch- didn’t get that either……

Ordered online for pick up. Friendly staff good pizza. Only drawback was parking the car. It was so busy (Fri @6pm) that I couldn’t park. Good idea is to drop a person to run in and grab the za and run back out.
