This is the second time that they have attempted to make a medium pan pizza. Doesn’t appear to look like one at all with barely any pizza in the middle and the halves were definitely not lined up either. Very disappointed and was also questioned about my purchase on line of I had paid or not before I got there? We will be ordering from the the one a little further out next time

Just ordered a few pizzas and was admitted to the pizzas sitting in the store for 50 minutes before it even went out in the car. Was put on hold for 10 minutes just to find this out. Worker was both rude and didn’t seem like he cared in the least. Asked to speak to the manager and he put me on hold only to be asked by the delivery driver so what would you like me to do. As if I’m unreasonable for not wanting pizzas that have sat for an hour. If you don’t have enough drivers don’t make the food until it goes out it’s common sense. Don’t just keep making food for it to pile up under a heat lamp. Work smarter

Waited forever just to call and be told that the pizzas been sitting there for 45 minutes they just dont have someone to deliver it yet. Why rush to make it if its just going to sit around? Was told the driver was being sent out now after waiting on the phone forever- and it never came. The app said delivered and five mins later i get an email saying my order was cancelled? Had to go into the store and ask for a refund as the card was charged as soon as it was ordered & we never received any of the food. Staff was super rude and unhelpful so we ended up getting food somewhere else. This location is the only one that I have ever had any problem with. Customer service was terrible and I will not be ordering from here again. Another location sure, but definitely not this one. Terrible experience.

Place is fire Tried this location for the first time and ordered a pizza @4:20pm and it was ready in 15 minutes when I came to pick it up. I ordered 2 hand made pizzas and they looked very delicious. Definitely going to hit up this location again!

Ordered the special delivered on a Saturday night while visiting Duluth and the pizzas were awful. The parmesan bites were fresh and great, but the pizzas were so bad we threw 3/4 out. Almost like they had been made ahead and were sitting. Not what we have come to expect from Dominos.

IF they answer they put you on hold before you can say anything then leave you there. If you order online, they won’t see your online order till you’re standing there asking for your order which means you’re waiting AT LEAST twice as long for food. This is a consistent problem that is taking too long to find a solution for. If you’re short people, you need to find a way to deny orders. Don’t accept it, say someone is prepping it that it will be ready at a certain time then consistently not even start the order till the person shows up half hour later. Because when you call, you get nothing

I usually do the online order and get the curbside pick up. I enjoy Domino’s pizza and the prices are reasonable. Store is always clean and tidy, with friendly staff working the counter.

I wish I could give this restaurant -3 stars. I called at 6:30 and ordered a few pizzas to be delivered at 7:30. At 8:00 I called to see what the ETA was. I was understanding due to weather that they would be late and wasn’t mad. At 8:35 the delivery person shows up and because he had problems getting into the driveway he just left. Didn’t call to see if we could meet him at the end of the driveway he just left. I had to call the restaurant and the manager said ‘oh you can come pick it up and we will give you $10 off’ because they had other orders they had to deliver. At that point the pizza was an hour late as it was. This is not how you run a business. Shows a lack of care for customers. I will never give this place business.
