I would give them zero stars if I could. I’m assuming my order was delivered to the wrong place because I got a voicemail saying they’d left the order outside. However, there was no food outside my door or any of the doors in the same building. I tried calling their number multiple times but no one ever answered and it wouldn’t connect to voicemail. I tried asking for a refund online but the Domino’s site just offered me a free pizza. So it could be delivered to the wrong door again, I assume. So I’m out $36 and no food.

placed an order at 12 and they close at 1 and our oder did not come. called the store multiple times and no one picked up.. shocker!! this has happened before!! do better. i will be filing something with my bank. ridiculous.

5 plus employees yet we sat in the parking lot waiting for our pizza for over and hour and a half. had probably 6 cars waiting for there pizzas for well over 45 minutes as well. i get food spots get busy but we had ONE pizza on the order.

I understand every business has an “off” day. However, as I sat in the parking lot for about an hour. I watched several people walking in and out with and without orders, leaving upset. When my order was canceled on the app, I had gone inside to inquire. The person behind the counter informed me that someone called and canceled my order. Wasn’t me nor anyone in my household, I’m hopeful we do receive our refund as we didn’t receive the pizzas.

I have been trying to call dominos for 15 min and the AI sustem keeps saying there’s a problem with my order so I have been trying to call the store but when the AI system says they’ll transfer me it just goes back to square one. When I finally called the 3rd time it sounded like it went thru but nobody said anything. I love Dominoes pizza but I am so frustrating on how difficult it is to place an order so I’m going elsewhere.

The quality of dominoes pizza ain’t what it used to be. I can get a better tasting pizza for the same money out of the freezer at the grocery store. I ordered wings and they shorted me a wing…not good

Great meal and prices that have the spot at the end of this crazy snow storm. We got a ton of food for less than $35 to feed our family of five. The 8 piece stuffed pepperoni was really good and the sugary, buttery cinnamon bread twists were so good too. Thank you Dominoes!!
