A few weeks ago, I ordered pizza and waited over three hours. I repeatedly tried to call the store, but the line was constantly busy. I never received my order and went without dinner. When I called the next day, they apologized but did not offer any refund, credit, or compensation.
I am Deaf and use Sorenson Relay Service to communicate by phone. After a previous order was made incorrectly (I requested pie cut but received square cut), I called today to politely confirm my order. The employee hung up on me as soon as the relay operator began speaking. I tried calling back multiple times, and the line was busy again.
Hanging up on a relay call is not acceptable. It shows a lack of training, professionalism, and basic respect for Deaf customers. Businesses are required to provide equal access to communication. This experience was frustrating, humiliating, and unacceptable.
The pizza itself is good, but the way this store treats customers — especially Deaf customers — is deeply concerning.

I never thought I’d write a review for my local Domino’s, but this location truly deserves some recognition. They are absolutely wonderful. We’ve been long-time customers and have consistently noticed a difference in the quality of their pizza compared to other locations and even other pizza places in the area.

You can tell the team works incredibly hard—especially knowing they’ve been short-staffed recently. Through every season and challenge, they continue to show up and deliver great service and great food.

As a loyal customer, I just want to say: I see you, and I appreciate you. Thank you for all the hard work you put in every single day!

The food itself, is great, so long as it is cooked properly, and served at the proper temp. And as long as it’s not been sitting out TOO long! (HINT: late delivery driver.)
The reason I have 4( )’s for the service, is because they don’t have the 1/2 point option. The service at this location can range from 3 1/2 to a 4 1/2. It’s always different, I suppose with different shifts and stuff.

I messed up and thought I had pre ordered about 18 pizzas for a party when in fact I did it for the wrong day. The whole staff jumped into gear and said don’t worry we can get it done in about 10 minutes! They literally saved the day and the party! I can not thank the staff enough! All the staff on this day at 4:30 pm deserve the most thank you’s!

Placed order online payed online. Went to pick up the order a very rude girl with glasses tells me that it’s not paid for. I checked my bank account the payment was deducted twice from my account. I showed her proof of it on my account. She said that doesn’t matter and if I want my order I have to pay again. I canceled the order so I didn’t pay three times. I told the rude four eyes that I wanted a refund. She wouldn’t help me at all. Now I have to get a attorney to get back my $51.04. Ridiculous

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Because why am I waiting 3 hours for a mediocre pizza and the phone is turned off so I can’t even talk to someone to cancel my order. This has happened the last 3 times I have ordered from here. I guess I’ll find somewhere else to get a high priced mediocre pizza.

Let me start off by saying that it is -25° here in Duluth (Minnesota) today. I ordered for carry out. Let me just say this, someone showing up for work in the first place is worth five stars on a day like today. When I went into the store the employee (Lisa) was very friendly and had my order all ready to go.

Lisa was the only person working in the kitchen. They had to be busy today! I want to say a big thank you to Lisa for doing such a great job. When I got into my SUV, I opened the box and the pizza looked great. Nice job!

I hope the franchise owner takes notice. I drove from my house on Park Point and it was terrible weather conditions. Thank you to the Domino’s employees that showed up.

I order frequently quite a bit and most of time when i order, i don’t ever get what i payed for. Order double cheese get minimal amount of cheese. Ask for “No garlic seasoning”, cause they always drown it in it and it ruins the food, but they still always put in on there anyways. They can’t read orders. I paid almost $40 for one large pizza and placed my order at about 10pm. They have very poor staffing and never put on or remove what is asked in order. Never get the stuff you add amount wise for cheese and toppings.
