I ordered a totally custom-made pizza from Blake. He had the greatest attitude anyone possibly could ask for as a customer. I had to bother him two different phone calls few minutes apart because I was trying to match the ingredients to a discontinued pizza.
The delivery guy was also very nice. Both were fast.

The website said Blake made our pizzas and they are absolutely perfect! We did the $6.99 per pizza deal so it was super affordable. Jairet delivered the pizza and he had no problem finding our apartment and was super cheerful I loved it! Fast delivery, nice people, definitely recommend!

Ordered their medium deep dish pizza and the entire center was raw. Wet slimy dough and not edible. Pretty clear they could care less about the kind of food they serve to their community. The very fact they let pizzas leave their store raw indicates they have very poor to no quality standards. Run from ordering from this place.

We have been ordering from this location for the last 5 years, since we moved to the area. We order a couple times a month (1-3) since it is a 65 mile round trip to the pizza shop and back. The first couple of years the food was bomb, guaranteed hot, delicious and exactly as ordered. The last couple of months the orders have been disappointing to say the least. I have let the last few orders slide, trying to be understanding about new employees, busy hours, etc. But its hard to want to continue business with them when we have received stuffed cheesy bread with little to no cheese, just a lump of dough with 2-3 tablespoons of cheese, a single spinach leaf and none of the garlic butter drizzle. (This is my all time favorite, but I couldn’t bring myself to eat it, it was so poorly made.) Another time we ordered a pizza and there was a 3 inch ring of crust before the toppings started, each slice had about 3 bites of topping and that was it. Last night we ordered chicken alfredo bread bowls, they looked as if made perfectly, I was SO excited to eat mine. My daughter and I both cut into them to realize there was NO CHICKEN. I tried to call the store to file a complaint (because online it says you must contact the store first) but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. When I order a product that says it has chicken I’d appreciate it coming with the chicken I paid for. Or like anyone else who chooses to spend their hard earned money at this location, I just want my order made correctly. In the online tracker is shows the section where they do the “quality check” but given the recent history of incorrectly made/prepared items I’m assuming they skip that step all together. I love Dominoes for all of its amazing flavors but I think we are going to have to go elsewhere from here on out. I hate spending hard earned money on food that dissapoints.

They got my toppings wrong. Red peppers instead of green olives that I ordered. I called and they said they would send me a coupon for a free pizza. 3 weeks later, I’ve not received the coupon.

We order every couple months when we don’t feel like cooking. The pizza tastes good most times but they seem pretty skimpy on the toppings. For the price people pay the toppings should be in every bite.
Stinks that they removed Chicken as a meat option
The NY Style pizza isn’t much thinner than the pan pizza; it’s just a thick crusted pizza cut into 6 slices instead of 8.
They don’t label the pizzas anymore like they used to. A pain in the YKW when you have multiple people ordering customized pizzas.
Delivery drivers are always quick and drop off pizzas without issue.
