How difficult is it to cut even pieces of pizza? This is the second time this has happened. If I’m serving adults, how do I portion this out? In the photos, I returned the full pizza on June 6th, and they made it again. The cut was perfect! The second pizza was taken today, June 22nd. What are the odds? I understand that times get busy and the team is trying to make numbers, but this is unacceptable. Next time I’ll ask for a refund and you’ll have to toss the pizza, take 2 extra seconds and please cut it correctly.

I have bought from this place a few times. At first it was just them cutting the pizzas even after I specifically told not to cut it as they use the same cutter for ALL their pizzas and I don’t want my pizza contaminated. This time I got two veggies pizza and I found random pieces of meat on my pizza and this is the second time that this has happened. When I called to ask and tell them, they just said “sorry” and hung up. Do not buy! Especially if you eat a vegetarian or halal or kosher diet. Even if you don’t follow any of these diets or don’t have dietary restrictions, this still goes to show that they do not care about contaminating your food or how they prepare it.The stuff is not friendly(don’t care much about that. I just wanted my food and even that is not done right). They also don’t use gloves when making food and they touch their face and hair with the same hands without washing. No hair nets either so that’s that. They also use the same cutter for ALL the pizzas and don’t clean it or use different cutters for meat and non-meat pizzas. Wasted my money, time, and food! Never ever buying from this place again. I felt sick after eating the food and even more when I found random stuff on the pizza that was never supposed to be there. Don’t go and waste your money!!

I only order delivery from this location(since they’re the only one closest to me to do that, bless the delivery people’s hearts )
and the pizza is usually made perfectly and deliciously compared to another location my family goes to for pick up.
today, I ordered a deluxe pizza with extra cheese and olives. I only got the cheese and olives lol.
thankfully with a short call, the customer service was understanding and quick and I got the right order after about 30 minutes of waiting.
4 stars because of the pizza mistake— but the pizza was good even if it was just cheese and olives, haha

First time I went in the counter service was good, went back because garlic twists were burnt and hard. Returned and I was not happy with the counter service and received a product that was still dissatisfactory.

Decided to try the viral social media pizza. I paid for extra Parmesan garlic sauce and extra cheese. I received the pizza after almost 45 minutes and it did not look like it at all! No extra cheese and sauce. Disappointing! I also instructed the driver to set the food on the chair/table by my door, but it was set on the ground right behind my door. I can clearly hit the food when I open the door. The workers there seem pretty ignorant. I’ll just order somewhere else.

Sloppy pizza – extremely greasy toppings slide right off the crust and over priced. Setting a single slice on a plate leaves puddles of grease. Box is entirely saturated with grease. Crust is mushy so greasy it has an uncooked texture to it when ordered well done
They have a MINIMUM ORDERING COST FOR A FREE PIZZA ???? Especially when they screwed up the last one and this is a replacement! Then they upcharge to have the same crust as the pizza that was ruined! What ???
How is this acceptable?

UPDATE : management posted a reply on here to LOOK like they care. When I reached out to the management team they have COMPLETELY IGNORED ME! they have not responded in SEVERAL DAYS. Shows how much they actually care.

My food did not come so i called the driver answered and begin to yell and be very hostile and wanted to go back and fort stating no unit was on the address. I ask him to stop talking to me un such manner and im a customer. The manager got on the phone and stated in the computer there was a unit but somehow not on the receipt. She was very nice and helpful but 20 minutes later i still have not recieved my order. I will not order here again. They lost a loyal customer because a driver has no customer service skills.
