I have a large family and I spend a good amount of money, and this location never fails to disappoint me. They never sauce the wings and the pizza quality is less than unacceptable. The driver/employee laughed at me and was very rude when I stopped to peak in my boxes to check my order before leaving. They never answer the phone, they don’t remake or replace missing items. They do not refund orders. They just take your money and give you whatever service and quality food they feel. Also I caught the same guy dumping and filling his Gatorade bottles with vodka in his trunk and taking one up to the front seat with him. Poor service and drunk drivers!

So we’re just not answering the phones these days? Absolutely ridiculous, we ordered a pizza and it was done baking and being quality checked at 1032pm and the pizza did not arrive till 1130. So our pizza just sat done for an hour? Terrible store and again won’t even answer the phone when you call. Pizza was lukewarm at best when it arrived.

I’ve been waiting forever for my pizza and the tracker has been stuck on “Quality Check” for an absurd amount of time. No updates, no explanation, nothing.

Such a bad experience. I ordered my pizza and watched the order tracker to head down when it arrived. I waited at the specified door until my app said the order was complete. Only problem was that I never got my pizza. I called to try and get a new order sent out and after 45 min of waiting I called back to find out that no replacement was on its way. What a joke.

Dominos continues to disappoint. Placed an order to be ready to pick up at 5:10 pm. After waiting 20 minutes and watching my pizza sit under the warming lights for 15 minutes, I cancelled my order and left. They need help here with organization. Pick up area full of people waiting for pizzas, the lady at the counter was totally LOST, not having a clue what to do. Pizzas falling on the floor, still boxed, and sent out for delivery. BEWARE— if you order from this location…..If you do get your pizza, who knows where it was before it arrived at your table.

Overcooked pizza. I order Pizza from this location on weekly basis. Most staff are friendly which make me pick this location for my pizza orders. This Month and for the second time I got overcooked pizza. I didn’t say anything first time but today i checked it and was overcooked and burned and I told both guys were there and they both were arguing me with me saying that Pizza id fine. Very low customer service trying to convince me Pizza is fine. I suggest Manager or owner should retrain on how to cook and how to deal with customers.

I my total was 1148 with taxes. If you add my order total up without online deal and without taxes, it would’ve been 1752. When I whipped out my $20 bill he told me my total was $16 and some change . (Where did he get 16 from??)I said that’s not right immediately turned around and grabbed my phone from my car to show him the email with total.. something just felt off not to mention he didn’t say sorry at all or even say a word after I show showed him the 1152 email . He just got super quiet . For some reason, Almost as if he was caught My change should’ve been 852 only received eight dollars. And I don’t know how Dominos operates, Might seem petty, but either A. he was trying to quick change me assuming I wouldn’t notice.or B. he actually can’t count. Tall tatted up old guy look like he is on work release from the Work house across the street. If you’re coming here and using cash remember your total. Will never return ever again.
