We have been getting takeout pizza from this place for years. Lately, it has not been good. Barely any toppings ordered. When I am paying extra for the toppings I expect them to add decent amount of it. I am not looking for cheese pizza slices when I order meat and / or veggie toppings. Going forward, I will be ordering from another location.

Someone in this branch decided to use my card on file and charge my card. I called to complain. And to get assistance. No one seemed

As not “being able to view any charges” which I found odd. I spoke with the General Manager who gave me two different names to identify (him/her) did not have a name tag, could not supply me with a business card to verify that (he) was the general manager. Also note that he was handling food with no gloves, also had white substance hanging from beard and no beard net. This guy was absolutely rude, and unprofessional. Instead of offering customer satisfaction to a loyal customer (he) implied that I made up the charge and it’s not believable. (Even though I showed him the bank statement with the charge , including the date, time, branch location and what last 4 of card number was. along with many other orders I have placed. (Just as history due to him not believing me when I said I order frequently) he made several accusations, as if I was a criminal. It was clear my race made him aggressive with me.

My first time ordering from this location today. Had no complaints. Food is yummy and hot when I picked them up. Staff is friendly and attentive to customer. Will come back again if I am close by. Thank you!

Food is always burnt as hell !!!! Than manager makes a sarcastic comment and says my food is not cooked any differently than anyone else’s so I’m confused on why is the food burnt when it’s not supposed to be? The corporate needs to investigate this if it’s not a corporate location, the franchise owner needs to investigate and these ongoing problems.

I placed an order jalapenos and pineapple chicken, received burnt. I called in & a gentleman with the name Rosevelt was so unprofessional. He pretty much denied that it could have been burnt. So disappointed with the service after a 5 min, he just left me on mute and never responded back. Then I spoke to the manager billy, equally disappointing. However I would highly suggest everyone to check your food before you leave the store

Pretty tasty “comfort food.” Pizza helps to calm my nerves. No bathrooms available. This is not a classy establishment but it is OK for what it is – fast food. It is located close to a church, home, the workplace, etc. A takeout pizza costs about as much as a takeout food order from Five Guys across the street.
Don’t reply to any of the Domino’s postings, incidentally – they are fake, Domino’s will ignore you & act like it’s your fault for responding! The pizza is alright enough, in any case, although a Jack’s pizza from Cub is cheaper
