It’s like they don’t want to do their jobs and they have pissy attitudes when you hold them accountable. 2nd time having issues with this place and I didn’t remember until I had already ordered smh. I ordered around 8:37pm and it said it wouldn’t get to me until 11:10-11:30pm I called immediately to try to cancel the order but I was left on hold for 40 minutes until I chose to hang up. Tried calling back same thing happened , I have to work early mornings so to have to stay up to baby sit a delivery was very aggravating. When the delivery driver finally got to me I asked for a managers number and he gave me attitude and told me to call the store I politely told him I have been calling and waiting for almost an hr he said with an attitude that I need to call when it’s not so busy I asked when when are they not busy because I sat waiting for an hr he told me to call in the morning shook his shoulders and walked off.the receipt says it order was ready at 10:02 but I had to wait until 11:40. Didn’t even bring me what I paid for exactly either paid for sauces as well but didn’t receive them but I will be calling in the morning to hopefully get a refund

I’m actually upset I have too even put a star on this pizza and it’s under cooked giant pieces of green peppers on it, it literally looks a mess and I don’t even want too eat it. On top of that I get a rude delivery man and it’s 11pm and he’s saying he didn’t have enough change for me holding 5 dollars from what he owes me back but also asking for a tip. I will be calling tomorrow requesting get a full refund on this whole order and you should really hire some better people with better attitudes. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and I’ve been buying here for a while.

I called to order 2 Two pizzas Just after midnight before closing – I have never ordered here before and the person answering the phone said delivery only I said is it possible to order two large pizzas? I’m right out front. He did explain the store is locked and he’s unable to re-lock it so that would not be able to be done. It’s delivery only I explained is it possible you could deliver them out your back door he hung up on me. I could’ve drove back home and had them delivered to my house, but he did not give me a chance to order them. He only hung up. I see why there are two stars. I am sad for them that they do not like their jobs and are rude to people. I hope they find their happiness.

Awful. This is the second time this location has messed up on my order. Ordered a one topping pizza and they put several toppings on it. Not only that, but they didn’t even say a word to me during my time there. And I know, the owner will say something like “please give us a second chance.” like in all the comments. This is clearly why nobody tips this location. At least Pizza Hut here gets the orders right. Not going to this location again.

Just walked into the Domino’s in uptown at 11:50 when they clearly stated that they close at 12 I walk in and immediately they said server closed when the door was open and I was not 12 yet. I just drove 15 minutes to get here to get pizza because nobody answered and now I was told it’s closed totally ridiculous and unprofessional.

I placed an order, and it left the store at 8:29 pm. I am in a 1-mile radius of this store. It showed up after 10 pm. I called the store twice to check – the order said “delivered” for around 45+ minutes without actually being delivered. The 2nd time I called to inquire, I got hung up on…:/ When my pizza arrived around 1 hour and 45 minutes after it left the store, it was the wrong pizza! Someone else’s entirely. Additionally, obviously cold and soggy at this point. I called and waited to speak to a manager for 20 minutes and absolutely didn’t have any more time to spend in this process of simply ordering a pizza at this point – it was almost 11 pm. Formal complaint submitted. I don’t even recommend carry out – choose a different store. There’s a reason they’re barely hanging onto 2 stars. I would give 0 if I could.

Ordered pizza was told to go down and wait for my delivery. Had to wait for over 25 minutes even though I’m only five blocks away. The driver went out of their way to drop off every other pizza on the other side of town other than mine last. My food was cold. I will be requesting a refund through DoorDash terrible service when I called. Extremely unimpressed since it’s just pizza it shouldn’t be so difficult. I would imagine. But it seems like this location likes to make it difficult. Terrible attitudes . Whoever was working as both a delivery driver and answering the phone Friday around 9:15 pm needs To take a customer service class and have a reasonable answer when people are asking simple questions as to why things don’t make sense and their time has been wasted, as well as their food ruined.

My house is less than a mile away from this location. Delivery took over an hour and my pizzas were completely ice cold. It tells you when your pizza leaves the shop and mine was in the car for over 40 minutes before it got here. Tried to call the shop multiple times, each time I waited on hold with the automated message for 10 minutes before just giving up and hanging up. I tried to use the online make it right guarantee or whatever but it said you have to be a member of the loyalty program even though if you read the rules it’s specifically says you don’t have to be a member. I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted hot pizzas sent out but I couldnt get anyone on the phone.

I have ordered from this Dominos too many times and stated I would never order again. Today was absolutely the last time. A few orders back, the driver took forever because he stayed in one spot on the map for over 45 minutes. He was obviously high when he arrived to me. Last time, the driver was sloppy and my food had obviously been dropped and was all squished together in one side of the box. Today’s order was a disaster because the store/restaurant didn’t time the order appropriately with what the weather was doing (bad winter weather). It sat at the store for close to an hour, waiting for the driver to return from another order and to bring it to me. I called in to inquire about the timing, and the person that answered was extremely unhelpful and hung up right in the middle of me asking a question about expected timing. I will be deleting my Dominos account and finding another pizzeria to order from in the future. I’m not sure I will ever order from Dominos again – even after I move from this location. For the past few years, they’ve always been unreliable, and the food gets worse and worse, as does the experience.

This is our second time ordering, and we were even more disappointed this time. they either don’t read the instructions for the pizza, or they just don’t care. The first time we had very little green pepper on the pizza so this time we ordered a double topping of green pepper, we also ordered extra sauce. As you can see from the pictures, there are some pieces that barely even have a piece of green pepper. While the crust is good, there are areas of the pizza, not just the crust that have nothing on it at all. I’m not sure what the regular amount of sauce is, but this barely seems like any , and definitely not extra. The online order system asks you several times if you want extra cheese, which I did not. I guess by saying no to extra cheese I barely got any cheese at all. Tried to call to talk with someone to see if we could get it remade, but they don’t answer the phone as my husband witnessed while he was in the store picking up the pizza to avoid the five dollar delivery fee. The salad we ordered was decent and all the toppings seemed fresh. I mean the food is cheap, but why have all these options to choose from if you’re not going to make the pizza that way? We might try one more time because this place is so close and convenient but I will definitely take a look at the pizza before I pay and maybe ask for the “extra” sauce on the side so I can actually add it to the pizza.
