I ordered from this place they gave me the wrong topping not even close to the order on the pizzas and I ordered a 32 wings with sauce. They said they fix it.they sent me the right order on the pizzas but sent me a bag of sauce and said we are good but on their policy saying that they will remake a order if your not happy with it. Just took a carry out pizza, the pizza was cut terribly, some slices were the size of dinner plates, some barely an inch wide, some slices we folded onto themselves and others didn’t even have any cheese on them as it looks like it was thrown and the cheese/toppings came off completely. Truly horrendous. Usually a good location.

Ordered 2 sandwich’s for pickup via phone, they were ready upon pickup & looked great, my dad sat & ate both sandwiches. We ordered for pickup to avoid a delivery fee AND a tip fee (I’m a believer that the delivery fee should be included as a tip). It’s almost more for the fee/tip than a actual sandwich or pizza. Free delivery goes along way with repeating customers! I vote to reinstate free delivery! Thanks

I ordered 1 pizza and it took an hour to get it. 10 employees working and they could not get the one pizza cooked in under an hour. A very poorly run business and needs a complete overhaul. Super disappointing.

Served me raw chicken and owner aplologized and said there must have been a problem with the chicken supplier because it’s supposed to come fully cooked. He took my card number to issue me a refund and the refund never came. I called back 2 weeks later and was told they don’t give refunds by an asst manager that said the district manager said to tell me no refund!! I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Terrible. Why even have the “well done” option when you don’t actually cook the pizza that way when specified. Pizza was literally a sloppy half done mess. You could actually see that the cheese was not even fully melted. This is not a one-off. This has been the same issue the last 3 times I ordered.
