Rude rude rude ordered at 215 pm and at 305 pm still has not been delivered called to ask why the worker said driver just left at 255 when tracker said driver left at 229 pm. Stated their tracker don’t work I called BS said they needed to get it fixed. She didn’t like my remark and hung up on me.

Every time I’ve ordered from this dominos there is some sort of issue in the process of me getting my food. Whether I place a pick up or delivery order. I’ve placed pickup orders and watched in the parking lot as all employees sat on there phones not working while my food sits at the quality check phase, causing my order to take 20 or more minutes longer. Any delivery order I place takes an excessive amount of time as well, I will no longer be ordering from this dominos, they have taken enough of my time, patience and money. EDIT : After over an hour and fifteen minutes later my food is finally in my hands and they forgot the drinks and silverware. Fully solidifying my disconnection from this dominos.EDIT#2 : thankfully got a refund, when I called they didn’t ask a single question as to why I wanted the refund probably because they already knew, just a heads up!

Tried to order on the ap, used a coupon for 2 medium 3 topping pizza and 16 piece Parmesan bread bites for $21.99. Get to the pay screen and they tried to charge me over $25 plus tax (not delivery). Not only did I not continue with the order and will never order there again but I’m also contacting the BBB and reporting them for not honoring their own coupons and adding charges. The last 3 times we have ordered there there has always been a problem, missing sauce, burnt pizza, missing toppings…. Enough is enough

I am mind blown over this Dominos. Never in my life have I had this problem. Two different times, late at night, my partner and I attempted to order. The site repeatedly told us there was a problem, so we assumed maybe we ordered too late. Then Domino’s took the money from our account. At this point I had assumed it’s technologies fault, no biggie. I checked my email and confirmed i got no confirmation number or tracking or nothing. It’s not even like they made it and we just didn’t pick it up because it was a delivery order. The next morning I called the store and was basically told that this has happened many a times before because the night manager likes to deny orders cause he doesn’t feel like doing anything. They even stated that this is not the first time they’ve had to discuss this with this manager before. If you’re ordering late at night just save yourself the hassle and go to cub and get a frozen pizza. It’s been 3 days and i’m still waiting for Dominos to return my money all because their manager was too lazy to do their job. again. Beyond livid with this situation.

Ever since they moved locations, the delivery time has been awful. Used to get my order under the 20 minute time frame, now it’s at least an hour and stuck in “quality check” for the majority of it. And when you finally recieve your order, it’s wrong. Only offered a free pizza or 20% off the next time you order.. but will not continue ordering from this location.

I had ordered a pizza online and the Dominos delivery person took 20 more minutes than the estimated time. It’s just one pizza that said would take about 20-30 minutes to arrive and ended up taking an hour. For a singular pizza. We ended up ordering in another place because of the wait and it still managed to come earlier than the original Dominos pizza.

I love our local Domino’s. A great go to when the desire to cook fades. Food is always hot, and delicious, and the staff is friendly. I’ve always found they are busy when I order, but never found an issue past a few minute delay.
