Original post made on 4/25/25: Normally I haven’t really had issues with this Domino’s, but last night was just flat out incompetency. I clearly ordered garlic parmesan wings. What are these? They’re plain wings. ♀️ I submitted a complaint and the only options I get were 20% off all menu items or 60 reward points.
I just don’t understand how difficult it is to read instructions. It clearly says “GARLIC PARMESAN WINGS” and you send me plain wings.
I also tipped 20% so don’t come after me saying I didn’t tip enough.
Edit – 4/25/25: Omg, constant issues with this location! I can only post one review so I have to add onto this review. I live 7 minutes from this Domino’s, this driver has been driving for over 15 minutes and she’s still 16 minutes away. My order was supposed to be delivered at 6:30. Hire better employees, holy crap.
Edit 2 – 7/3/25: I don’t know how many times I’m going to have to edit this, so I’ll add the date every time I do. Please talk with your delivery driver Michael. I specifically put in my instructions DO NOT RING DOORBELL. I even say please. I have dogs, and when you ring the doorbell, they go ballistic. He does not follow the directions, and he is the only driver who does not follow my instructions. It’s frustrating. The doorbell sets them off and I’m trying to avoid that at all costs.

So many issues with this location. Place an order, app says it’s started and will be 20 minutes. I go to the store for pickup and wait outside for 15 minutes. Finally go in to be told it will be going in soon. Confused I ask why the app said it’d be ready 10 minutes ago. Just told “yeah it does that”. What?! Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. I understand it gets busy but to treat the customer like we’re just supposed to know that the time we were told doesn’t actually mean anything? And in very rude fashion at that. What a mess.

This Domino’s location is top-notch — easy access off Highway 7, a newer, clean setup, and a friendly staff. The pizza is always hot and ready for pickup.

So don’t get me wrong, I like this Domino’s. The staff is kind, the prices are reasonable, and the food tastes good. That’s why I rate it 4*s and keep going back. That said, I really wish they would be more careful. It seems like about 75% of the time when we go there, something gets forgotten. Sometimes it’s a dipping cup or an instruction. Once, they arrived here for delivery (already late) and had forgotten our entire order. They promised to run and get it and be back in 10-20 minutes, but it was almost an hour before our food arrived and it had sat in the window long enough to dry out. This time, they forgot one of our toppings. I’m not one to complain, and I understand that they do get busy and humans make mistakes, but it gets hard to overlook when it’s so consistent. We regularly pay money for things we never receive. It’s always only something small, but these small things add up.
