I don’t leave reviews really ever but I feel this is important! Well I have ordered here many of times and why I don’t know because everytime I guess I feel it will be better! NOPE gets worse every time tonight obvisously took 2.5 hours to get our pizzas and after that the pizza was uncooked/no good! Tried calling no answer. Very unprofessional and will never order here again and will definitely tell people to do the same very very unhappy.

Used to be good but has gone totally downhill. They routinely mess up orders or can’t deliver them. Today we ordered early in the evening and after 65 minutes the tracker said it wasn’t in the oven yet. I had to call and wait on hold and they said they were short on drivers. They estimated it would be another 2.5 hours to get my order to me. I get that they are short staffed but then shut down orders. They have that power. Just seems like incompetence at this point. After all that, they didn’t even give us a discount on our order. Awful.

I rarely post a bad review. I got so irritated on hold for 15 minutes and then all of the sudden one of the employees picks up the phone and hangs up. I can call back right away and and again I was on hold for about 3 to 4 minutes. When someone jumps on the call says “Domino’s can you please hold” and put me on hold again. Really!? I understand small businesses are trying to find good help, and I usually cut them some slack. But it shouldn’t take two series (20 minutes) of on hold to order a pizza. Yes, I get you can order them online and maybe I’ll try it next time. Maybe not.

After waiting an hour for our pizza I called and was told it wasn’t in the oven yet and “there are still 20 pizzas in front of you”. Then I was told that they don’t actually deliver to our address… even though we just had several pizzas delivered less than 2 weeks ago? And another order a few weeks before that? They basically told me the only way I was getting my pizza is if I came and picked it up myself. Good Luck!

So don’t get me wrong, I like this Domino’s. The staff is kind, the prices are reasonable, and the food tastes good. That’s why I rate it 4*s and keep going back. That said, I really wish they would be more careful. It seems like about 75% of the time when we go there, something gets forgotten. Sometimes it’s a dipping cup or an instruction. Once, they arrived here for delivery (already late) and had forgotten our entire order. They promised to run and get it and be back in 10-20 minutes, but it was almost an hour before our food arrived and it had sat in the window long enough to dry out. This time, they forgot one of our toppings. I’m not one to complain, and I understand that they do get busy and humans make mistakes, but it gets hard to overlook when it’s so consistent. We regularly pay money for things we never receive. It’s always only something small, but these small things add up.
