Edit: I also want to add and make everyone aware that they do not wear gloves here. I am not confident that they practice hygiene protocols to wash hands between touching monitors, etc when digging their hands in the ingredients. I’d much rather see they wear gloves.
I ordered a pick up for stuffed crust pizza. I waited outside until the tracker said it was done. I clicked that button that’s says something like “skip the line, go right to the counter”
Granted it was a Sunday night and busy so no one addressed me after several minutes.
Finally I said excuse me to the guy that was at the counter if one for Amy was ready. He said a “couple of minutes” at least 15 minutes had passed with me standing there like an idiot. Worried that my pizza was sitting ready the whole time.
Finally a lady did ask me what I was waiting for. But yes, it was the stuffed crust pizza in the black box that was literally sitting there that I could have enjoyed hot.
Something is broken with this store when it comes to customer service. Or again, maybe they need someone just stationed at the counter when it gets busy.
The pizza was cold when I got home and someone was very heavy-handed with the Parmesan garlic. It wasn’t that good because it was cold. I feel embarrassed about my choices tonight and do not plan on returning to this Dominos.

I ordered 8 pizzas for a preschool party at school. The pizzas were delicious and hot. The delivery person was very nice and got the food to us on time. Thank you and keep up the good work.

So I’ve ordered takeout many times from this location. Have never had any issues with their pizzas or any other menu items except for their wings. For some reason, this place really likes to skimp on the chicken wing sauces. Only once have I had the wings sufficiently covered in the sauce I order (almost always buffalo). The rest of the times it seems like they just lightly dap a couple of drops of sauce and call it a day. Quality control should be looked at when it comes to their wings.

Usually I’m not a huge fan of dominos. But after now living in Eagan for the last three years this place and the carbones are the only thing i go to around here. You can tell They take pride in what they do and you get a delicious hot pizza.

One of the employees who looked like a supervisor was very rude and disrespectful. When I was choosing what to order she told me to hurry up and order in a very rude way, even though there was only one person behind me. Then I kept ordering, she waited until I ordered and paid and after the guy who took the order told me 15-20 mins she deliberately said it will take an hour, I sow on their screen that it wasn’t going to but she again rudely said it will take more than that. And suggested I cancel my order. It was my first time there so I don’t understand why she was so rude. I left after telling them to cancel my order.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with the customer service at this Domino’s location. After receiving an incorrect pizza, I called the store to explain the issue. The manager on duty told me to bring the pizza back for a refund or remake. However, once I arrived at the store, the same manager denied that anyone had called, even when I showed proof of the call.
To make matters worse, he refused to provide a void receipt after charging me the full price, which every restaurant is required to do when processing refunds. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and he didn’t even apologize for the mistake. I had specifically asked for my pizza to be well-done, but instead, it was completely burnt, and he rudely stated, “I control what is cooked inside.”
Would not recommend this location to anyone. Check your order thoroughly before leaving the store because the staff here clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or doing their job correctly. This was a terrible experience, and I won’t be coming back.

This location has good service but the food is poorly made. My 2nd day in a row ordering here and the food is constantly not made correctly. They are extremely cheap with the toppings . The chicken sandwich has almost no chicken, the bacon cheddar tater tots have almost no bacon as you can see in the picture and the pizza has huge edges with no cheese sauce or toppings. They need to do better.

Not sure why, but when I came in my order was ready on the shelf, and I gave my name. The employee said it was not ready yet it would be a few minutes, made me stand around and then handed me the order that was on the shelf from the start.

Ordered my two pizzas, waited for my order to show that it was complete on tracker. When I arrived they couldn’t find my pizza on the complete shelf and told me it would take another 5-10mins. I ended up waiting 25-30mins after my order was supposedly complete and then got told that one of my pizza dropped in the oven which is why it wasn’t ready when i arrived. All they could tell me was “sorry” and “sorry for the wait”, Then to top it off as when i got home i was so frustrated i just wanted to get out, my order was wrong! Dominos, I totally get it we’re all humans, but at this level of customer service, a refund should have been issued, or a discount, or something other then Im sorry!
