Waited almost 2 hours for our order, trying to be patient, but just did not get the food. When we called, 20 minutes before takeout ended, we were told we weren’t getting our food because their only driver on a busy night was clocking out soon. We would not have known had we not called- poor communication and we wasted a coupon 🙁

Dominos has sustained me very economically throughout my period of homelessness. Grand location has best ordering options. Slight differences are when you use coupon for bread items they give you a chance for sauce cup in same order. Other locations just dont. I ain’t hating because I eat it wherever whenever.

They forgot the sauce on my deep dish pizza then when I called back to rectify the situation they passed me to three different employees each one questioning me as if I was lying about them forgetting the sauce on my what was supposed to be deep dish pizza. They finally told me they are no longer serving food tonight when in fact they are open for three more hours. It’s one thing to mess up but another thing to lie to the customer. This store is a joke. My last order took 3 hour to get to me, and when it was delivered, the food was cold. The delivery guy told me it wasn’t his fault the food was cold, and late, it was managements problem. I’ve been ordering from this store for many years. In the past year and a half I’ve noticed the service, and quality of food has dropped to the point that I’ll never order from this Domino’s again. This store manager, and his/her employees need to be replaced. You’ve just lost hundreds of dollars a month! It’s too bad.

I placed an order and it seemed to be taking longer than usual, so I tried calling the store and the line was completely dead (I tried a couple times). I figured I wait but it didn’t get delivered until 3 HOURS later, by a delivery person from a different store. Of the 2 items I ordered, one was cold and the other was completely wrong. To make it worse, the wrong item was a pizza with a piece MISSING. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times over the past few months hoping for some kind of help with no results. The last message from corporate customer service said the store would be in contact with me directly to refund my order. Unsurprisingly I have never heard from them.

The worst experience! They failed to deliver a pizza and gave me a $25 store credit for it, however I have to directly call the store. I call sometime later to use that credit and I waited almost 40 minutes and still got no answer. I get staffing may be low but I can’t help but to feel ripped off. Especially when the time they gave a credit was the 3rd time in a row they messed up an order.
