I keep asking for light cheese with extra sauce for my pizza since I’m lactose intolerant. Over half the time I get the opposite of extra extra cheese with almost no sauce. I’m so over it, I love domino’s but I can’t keep up with service like this. Trying to talk to someone but it takes a super super long time to speak with someone. All this extra cheese makes me really sick, I can only tolerate the light cheese.

We placed an order around 11pm for delivery to find out our order was cancelled by the store. Placed a new order and called to see what had happened. Whoever answered at the store was extremely rude, also saying they called twice to no answer to “confirm we would be at home”, after saying we had 0 missed calls the employee on the phone got very rude and proceeded to hang up on us.

We ordered a large pizza for carry out. Told it would take 26 minutes. My partner arrives around that time. Told it will take another 20 minutes. He says that’s fine and will wait in the car. Goes back in 20 minutes later to find it will now take 40 minutes. At that point we just canceled. We’ve never had an experience like this happen at a dominoes but this was our first (and last) time going to this store. What a waste of time. This place has next to no staff and should not be open. I am confused how our simple order was messed up so terribly.

I’ll give this facility zero Stars. The cashier took 8 minutes with a customer messing around as my pizza sat on the Shelf. And then she was texting on her phone. When I got up there and attempted to pay with my credit card that’s when they informed me that their credit card machines broke. And when I got home the cheese wasn’t even melted on my pizza so I have it in the oven right now. I’ll never go back to that store again and I plan on emailing the company.

I ordered at 9 and got a call an hour later saying they were short staffed. Paid for the delivery fee just to go pick it up cause they didn’t have “enough” workers. Was told if it was delivered it’ll take 3/4 hours. Decided to do pickup and lady on phone said it’ll take 20 mins. 20 mins later headed to the store for pickup and was told it wasn’t “ready” yet, and had to wait another 15 mins. Inside was 2 workers one cook and one cashier, 2 girls workers walking around at the back doing nothing

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and each time I can say I have been disappointed. I’m really sad because they messed up my whole order and I tipped before I found out. I didn’t get my side salad, they gave me boneless wings instead of bone in & I got breadsticks instead of cheese sticks.
