Absolutely ridiculous. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and faced the exact same issue. Even with a coupon, my order showed up 1 hour and 40 minutes late. The pizza was cold, soggy, and completely mushed into the box — honestly looked like it had been tossed around. It’s unacceptable that this keeps happening. If you can’t deliver food in decent condition or on time, maybe stop taking orders altogether.

used to enjoy this dominos but don’t think i’ll ever order from here again due to their lack of customer service. we ordered a wisconsin 6 cheese pizza through doordash and we received a pizza with no cheese and it was uncut (the complete opposite of what we ordered why would you get a pizza intended to have cheese with no cheese??) and we called the restaurant to hear some type of feedback about it and a man took over the phone once we said our issue and sounded very defensive about what we were saying and blaming us for ordering the wrong thing and not trying to resolve the issue whatsoever. the man continued to argue with us and said he’d report to doordash that we were just trying to get free food out of them; again just continuously blaming us and being very rude and unhelpful. this dominos has been hit or miss with the quality in the past. food is either good or just a mess/burnt. i’ll just say don’t gamble your chances with ordering here go to a different location for sure because you won’t receive any real customer support from management or the employees when the food you receive is unacceptable.

Whoever the night manager is there is clearly not cut out to lead at any level. I called and complained about my pizza not having any cheese, not being cut, and being burnt. Instead of trying to resolve the issue in any way he proceeded to get defensive and say it was all my fault and it wasn’t his job to provide customer service. This is not the only time something from this dominos has arrived severely messed up and they clearly don’t have any quality control or coaching of their team going on. All the employees there deserve much better management! Going to literally any other Domino’s in the metro area would be a better choice than even thinking about ordering from this one.

This is literally the worst dominos I’ve interacted with. I’ve ordered here several times. Most of the time, my pizza is either cut extremely unevenly or not even cut all the way. But, tonight was by far the worst experience.

In addition to pizza, I ordered wings. The driver got to my door and didn’t have the wings with him. I pointed this out and he went back to check the receipt, saw that it said wings, and shouted at me from 20-30 feet away to let me know what would happen next. I heard him say he’d go back to the store to redeliver the wings. I waited 35 mins, and they didn’t come back, so I gave the store a call.

The driver who delivered part of my order answered, and when I said what I was calling about, immediately recognized me. Then he told me the reason they hadn’t been redelivered was that I was supposed to call the store and speak to the manager to make it happen. I don’t think he did, but it’s not impossible. However, he put me on a hold then came back and said they’d redeliver them in about 20 minutes.

Why did I need to call when the driver was in the store, knew that he didn’t deliver my entire order, and when I didn’t actually have to speak to a manager? He spoke to the manager when I called. He knew my order was incomplete. This is absolute bullshit and I’m not ordering from this store again. I’m not even sure I’ll choose to order from any dominos again for a long time, if this is how dominos in the Twin Cities views customer service. This isn’t worth $43.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Had to call them 4 times to see where the order was at to only be put on hold without getting connected with an employee. Order FINALLY arrived ice cold and overcooked. Will be calling for a refund. Terrible service.

Food was cool, but the customer service didn’t really live up to the honey badger mottos they claim. Like I rarely don’t give 5 stars. But the service just wasn’t there. Won’t be coming back to that location

It took an hour to make 1large cheese pizza. It went inside looked around and spoke with staff. Never was addressed with a hi or hello from anyone. RUDE customer service. They was not busy and there was not a lot of orders. I am disabled and had to go in because of the wait. I can keep my money. Close your doors and let your staff enjoy the place…

Basically quick bite for the family to take a bite on Monday night. Used the car side pickup and it honestly seemed like they forgot they made my pizza. When I asked the kid who was working there he grabbed my pizza with an attitude food and damaged my pizza.
Crazy thing is I asked my twin three year olds if I should do a review and they said yes . This location sucks don’t come here unless you want a long wait rude customer service and damaged food

Missing my pasta and this is/was my full order of tater tots…nor to mention being on hold for over 11 minutes and then had my call dropped.
Changing to 4 stars from 2 because the manager on duty, Patrick, came through. Thank you! You can see the difference. I think someone ate 1/2 my first order.
