I received this pizza from Domino’s that was clearly dropped. I then called to get a replacement. They told me that it was not dropped and that I lied to them. Apparently Domino’s insurance means they can do whatever they want to your pizza, not even refund you, and call you a liar.

Always timely with deliveries and rarely ever mess up my order if ever. One time I ordered to the wrong address accidentally and called them about the lies their delivery tracker was displaying. Sounded like a total Karen, only to find out it was my own fault for putting in the incorrect address. They still remade my order and delivered it to my correct address afterwards, and didn’t charge me for it even tho they had to make everything twice.

Called to see why their website stated my card had been declined but my card showed a pending transaction. Just wanted to make sure they got my order and make sure everything was good since, evidently, the website had glitched. The manager just argued with me and told me there was nothing he could do and to call my credit card company. No offer to look into it, no offer to take the order over the phone, no acknowledgment that there may have been an issue on the Domino’s end. Just nope, call your card company. Terrible attitude, terrible customer service, terrible business sense, and terrible problem solving skills. I just wanted to figure out what happened and he wasn’t going to help in any way.
