The guy on the phone was very rude he hung up on us twice we wanted to order a pizza and the lobby was already close so I asked him if he could deliver it out to the parking lot or down the road where I work and he said that he do neither he says they were backed up so basically that’s why he was taking it out on us because they were so busy

Don’t stay opened till closing time. Called 30 min. Before they closed while we were already on the way. Got there twenty min before they closed and all lights off not answering phone till they Answered and hung up without at least saying they couldn’t make order or was too late. Happened on February 28th. Usually don’t care but at least maybe tell people you aren’t open till a certain time.

We placed an online order for delivery. ETA was 45 min. After an hour I called and was put on hold. I finished what I was doing at home and drove to the store while on hold. I got to the store and upon arrival there were only 3 employees and 1 driver. I told them I was there for an online order and wanted to pick it up instead. They placed me in line for pickup. After about 15 minutes, they handed me food and a free 2 liter of pop and I walked out. Before I got to my car, a gentleman came out saying they gave me the wrong food. I handed him the food and he said he would also give me a free 2 liter as he handed to the man that was waiting in the lobby his food. (Coincidencely same last name lol) I continued to wait in the lobby for my order. Finally my food was ready and the younger guy with glasses and redish hair handed it to me and I politely asked for the 2 liter of pop I was promised by the manger. He argued with me back and forth and said that me coming there to get my food after an hour of waiting for delivery was not their fault it was late and the ETA of my food was an hour and a half. I asked for his name several times and he would not give it to me. Up until this moment I was content with having to go get my food and wait while they made it. If you plan on ordering delivery, order AT LEAST an hour ahead of when you expect it to arrive. I saw them working hard and the screen was lit up with orders they were behind on and appreciated their hard work. But arguing for a 2 liter of pop was the kicker and knocked their review down to 3 stars.

Do better. I understand supply issue right now. But you cancel our online order after we got there to pick it up and you said it would be another 20 minutes. So we waited. After wasting another 20 of our time. You say you will be canceling our order all together. So you didn’t know when you asked us to wait another 20 minutes? To top it off since I paid online now I can wait 3-5 days for refund. All I get for my time is a hungry family. I felt bad for the young guy having to tell people all orders would be canceled. Management knew going into the night what they had for ingredients. If they didn’t, get new management
