The food is standard dominos food. The parking for carry out is not great. I always tip a few bucks when I carry out my own food. This is the third time I did not even receive a thank you for a tip. The service is below average. I will no longer leave gratuity seeing how it is not appreciated. But I will most likely go to a different dominos from now on!

I was at the store, I ordered pizzas, one for me and another for my friend. We found some hairs on them. My friend threw his pizza away, and I went back for an explanation. I wanted to speak to the manager. The man at the counter told me, “Here’s the manager.” The manager came over and said, “I’ll give you another one.” I replied that I just wanted to talk about it. The manager was so angry, she threw the pizza in the trash in front of me and gave me my money back. She intimidated me, yelled at me, and told me not to come back. Bye, I’m notgoing back to their place. That’s rude.

I had a delivery driver hit my parked car in my driveway. I called the store to follow up and was told a manager would reach out. They never did and I had to call back. No apology from the manager or corrective actions or attempt to right the situation. My biggest concern is safety with someone driving so fast and recklessly I don’t trust this store. The car could have been one of my kids or pets. Absolutely horrifying and the lack of follow up is terrible.

I’ve ordered pizza multiple times and every time they deliver to the wrong address. How hard is it to double check the address in the recipient matches the house. it’s Beyond frustrating when you have three kids asking over and over again for the food.

Unfortunately quality of product and delivery has been very inconsistent the last few months. We have received pizza with cheese mostly on one side of the pizza, too much sauce and extremely thin crust in places making it inedible.
You guys have rocked it for years but we will be taking a break and try again later.

So apparently “this store now has a delivery minimum” according to the website. If you don’t order at least $11 of food (which I tend to use my rewards points to get myself a free pizza on my days off as a treat so … ) they won’t even deliver. Kinda makes the whole rewards points system completely pointless if you can’t actually, ya know, order food for delivery with those points. I guess technically pickup is an option, but c’mon. NO ONE orders dominoes planning to pick up. This is stupid.

Ordered at 9:35 pm with what I thought was a 35 min delivery time according to what it said online, the pizzas were in “Quality Check” by 9:41 pm but they weren’t delivered until 10:25 pm….not sure what happened but im not impressed by how long it took just to get 2 pizzas delivered.
