I just moved to the Forest Lake area and decided to order from this Domino’s for the first time. I included a clear note on my order saying “Leave at door – do not knock or ring doorbell” since I wasn’t looking to interact with anyone.
The driver, David, knocked once (which was fine), but then continued to knock several more times and ring the doorbell repeatedly until I finally came to the door. When I opened it, he tried to hand me a receipt to sign — even though my order clearly said to leave it at the door. I told him I didn’t need to sign anything, and he then started telling me that “normally you leave a tip” and that’s how they make their money.
I explained that’s not normal and that tipping is optional, not required. He argued that he doesn’t make enough money and that’s how they get paid. I used to manage a Domino’s myself, and I know this is not acceptable or professional behavior from a driver.
Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.
Update to this i email them with my details and they never got back i stand by what I said I would not recommend this domino’s to anyone

I’d like to thank Alyssa for very kindly making things right for my unsatisfied experience with my last delivery order. Food was not cut properly. Driver did not follow delivery instructions and left my food outside.

I’ve been a customer at the Forest Lake Dominoes for 25 years. A frequent customer. I am now handicapped and have trouble getting up stairs. For years, delivery persons have opened my front door and set food inside door. There have been times when drivers weren’t comfortable doing that so they called or knocked and I came to door. Tonight I called after pizza hadn’t arrived. About 625pm. Turns out pizza was delivered 541pm. Driver left it on a patio table 25 ft from my front door. No text, no call, no knock on door. Nothing. So I spoke to manager. She has “the sigh” in her voice, tells me drivers shouldn’t come in the house, I explain its not coming in the house but if driver was uncomfortable why didnt he call or knock? She says he probably did, calling me a liar. Even though the order was sitting on a table 25ft from my front door. She begrudged redoing the order, getting “bigger sigh”. I finally said forget it. Refund the whole order. I will never order from this Dominoes again. They apparently don’t need the 80 to 100 bucks I spent there monthly. Pizza Hut, here I come! If you can’t give respectful customer service, I dont need your food.

The best pizza I’ve had in years. I ordered a large and added banana peppers. You all should feel very proud of the product you put out. I haven’t had anything in Forest Lake that beats it.

Domino’s is one of my favorites, all of my life, and after moving for the first time in 20+ years to the area I was excited to try the local Domino’s. Last weekend I ordered from my new local Domino’s and it was quite likely the best Domino’s pizza I’ve ever had. Everyone there was extremely friendly and attentive when I did my usual carry-out as well. I’m so grateful to have another great Domino’s to buy from!

If I could rate this zero I would. When my pizza got here I took a bite of stuffed cheese bread and it was not cooked. Still doughy and the bacon was still raw. I called to have them make a note on my account or give me a refund or anything and the manager told me “not saying your wrong but that can’t be possible “ then the manager continued to argue with my fiancé about it. The manager was super rude to both of us. I Will never order from here again.

Saturday I ordered pizza online at 5:30 PM. Watched it in prep for over 45 Then watched it and bake for quite some time- Did not end up picking the pizza up until after seven?? Even wrote the owner privately did not reply. Will be some time before I go back to Dominos. Owner does not respond to emails!
