50%. That seems to be the success rate of this store on not making errors. This time, the website glitch removed cheese from one side and my note never made it to the team who makes the food. Apparently.
Last time I dont even remember but it was bad enough without me getting involved to get a free pizza. The time before that was a 30 minute wait that ended up at 2-1/2 hours.
Just done with this location. Luckily, a new store just opened up closer to my home so this location will get no more of my business. The insane amount of errors and excuses is enough to make this place enough to never return.
Update: tried one more time since Isanti location doesn’t seem to be open yet. They forgot cheese on half the pizza again. To be fair, it stated no cheese because the system, when I added extra on one half somehow tells them to eliminate it from the other half. My fault for not double checking to make sure the website didn’t have a strange glitch… The General Manager didn’t offer any specifics as to why it happened, instead he accused me twice of “mis-clicking”. At the end of the day, it was my fault for trusting this store again.

I walked in to order a pizza. Terri helped me place my order and she was so helpful and friendly even though I could tell they were super busy. She told me of an online sale they were having and she helped me place my order on my phone since I have never done that before. She was awesome as well as the pizza she recommended!

Just called to order online because the app said “we’re having difficulty with online orders at the moment” first time I called I was hung up on after being greeted and answered with I’d like to place an order, second time I called I informed them I was using a gift card to pay and was put on hold so the manager could assist us, only to be transferred back to the main menu to restart the order I had already picked out.

I ordered my free pizza and Honey BBQ wings and I was very dissatisfied with my order. Not only was the pizza burnt as shown in the picture, but I had to add my own BBQ sauce as there was barely a drizzle of sauce. The photo is after I added my own sauce. The only thing that was any good was the parmesan bites. $30 for this? Not ever again. I won’t be dealing with Domino’s again. I tried to contact corporate about this and couldn’t upload my photos and the site gave me an error when I clicked on “Submit”.

Who sends out burnt pizzas like this? Wow. Please understand they take it out the oven, see it’s burnt, place it in a box burnt, cut it up burnt, then send it out the door.
You are absolutely dealing with people who literally don’t care about the food that your eating. You think a guy who cuts up and sends out a burnt pizza is throwing it away when some hair falls in it? You think a person who sends out burnt pizza cares enough to wash their hands?
If this is what things look like out in the open just imagine what’s going on in the kitchen that they don’t care about.

To be estimated a 17-30 minute delivery and then get in over an hour is wild. Food is smashed by the box cause of delivery driver. Don’t take two deliveries at once one to isanti and one to Harris at the same time while my order sits in the car and gets stale and cold it’s bs everything about the way this store is operated is just wrong

I ordered a pizza online it showed that the order was complete, but the pizza wasn’t delivered to my house, I called the store and the driver called me a liar and said he had delivered it, left it by my door and then I could just re-order and hung up on me. So I did just that and reordered I hope the delivery goes to the right address this time. Was very rude.

Very disappointed. Again. This was the place we went to for good pizza and a Italian sandwich. What happened? Pizza is either over cooked, you don’t get what you asked for.? The sandwich is skimpy, where is the meat and cheese we used to get? This has been going on for a while. I’m done with this store. When they say we will credit you, they have no record of it. I’ve lived here 21 years. They won’t let you talk to the owner. Cause he must not care. I recommend if you want service and good pizza call Casey’s.. Dominos has let me down, time and time again. I feel bad cause I know it’s locally owned. But I want what I pay for.
