I ordered delivery like I have in the past, but this time I got a call saying they no longer deliver to my address and the order had to be cancelled. I was frustrated at first since it’s always been delivered before, but I decided to reorder for carryout instead.
When I went to pick it up, the order was ready incredibly fast, and everything was fresh and hot. The pizza ended up being one of the best ones I’ve gotten from Domino’s super soft and melty, with great flavor. I appreciated how quick and efficient the staff were, and it honestly made up for the delivery issue.
The pasta was also perfect for someone recovering from dental surgery soft and easy to eat. It was a big help.
Would be great if the app could be updated so it doesn’t allow delivery to my address anymore, but overall the service and food quality were very good. I left happy, and I’ll be ordering again (as carryout)!

States they don’t deliver to hortonville anymore but has door dash available to hortonville, they call me after I make a DoorDash order, and i answer the phone and they say who is this? Talking to them took 15 minutes for two sentences. Heard them state on the phone to another worker my food was already made but told me it would be another 10 minutes, when I gave them my fiancés name who’d pick it up, they said “damm thats crazy” because I have a female voice I assume, keep the food at this point. Sounds like they are nodding out over the phone.

Absolute insanity that they want to charge you for parmesan cheese packets!! These should be complimentary just like everywhere else!! Unless someone wants an absorbent amount, obviously. Some should just be included with a pizza in the first place. Like, this is something the driver should just automatically have on them in their bag when a costumer asks for a couple. Just wow Domino’s, very very disappointed. SMH

Visited the New London Domino’s and got a great pie for a great price. The sizable fresh mushrooms were a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of seating in their clean dining area, too. The staff was friendly and the pizza was ready rapidly.

I called in my order they had 40 minutes. When I got there (2 minutes past time) I still had to wait cause they “messed up” my order. I had an additional 10-15 minute wait. Then they put garlic sauce on my pizza and I didn’t ask for it. I’m not happy with all this and if you don’t know, now you know you have to clearly tell them no garlic sauce at all in order for them to not add it.

So I drive for Amazon and I pull into the parking lot and I order a pizza the guy says it’ll be about 8 minutes. So I go back to my truck and I’m minding my own business and the delivery driver pulls up two stalls next to me ancestry are you waiting for an order and I answer him yes and I go about my business as he stands there and stares at me. I then turn and look at him and I say can I help you and his responses nice attitude and walks inside. You asked me a question I answered you go away I’m on my break I’m waiting for food I paid for. Do I come into your store and bother you on your break no I do not you asked me a question I answered your question you should have walked inside not sat there and stared at me like a stalker.

My wife and I ordered a pizza and I had some veggies put on half. The pizza tastes absolutely amazing, but the pizza was cut into only 6 slices, and the slices didn’t even properly divide the 2 halves.

Took a little over 2 hrs to get the food delivered. It was warm and tasted fine, but 2 hrs is a long time. So I got an email saying I get 60 free points (enough for a medium pizza) for the inconvenience. Their generous offer only lasts for 7 days. A few days later, I made an account and tried to redeem my free pizza, only to find out that it takes 48 hrs for points to load onto my account. What a joke. The apology pizza is just as inconvenient as the original order.

Last time I’ll ever get this pizza. Couldn’t even taste the cheese, the mushroom topping was pretty skimpy, and it wasn’t even hot. Commercials are normally misleading, but this was so far off the mark!
Update: We called about this matter, and Domino’s made a new pie for us. It was a BIG improvement. Tasted fresher and it was nice and hot. Thank you.
